Yeah,he does. He looked both healthier and happier when he was just a little pudgy. I ain't buying the whole heart disease excuse,though. Not with the level of medical care he has available to him. For example,how many heart attacks has Dick Cheney had over the years,and look at how much healthier he looks than Bubba. My best guess is AIDS. Bubba would hump anything that moved,and a lot that wouldn't. For example,according to his Arkansas police detail,one of his regular nooners was with a crack whore in Little Rock. No way can the Clintons allow this to become public,though. Look at all the Hollywood and other elitist leftist babes he banged after getting in the White House,and just imagine the howls of outrage when they find out they may be infected. Not to mention the non-babes like Babs Streisand. Like I said,the man would hump anything.

That's certainly a plausible theory. It would explain why his medical records were never released.

For those who don't remember his first White House physician was fired because he refused to give Klintoon an injection from a bottle of "stuff" brought in from Arkansas without knowing what it was. Think about what kind of person would need or want something like that.
