To: war (#0) (Edited) In all fairness, she does have a legitimate point, although she's doing a horrible job trying to explain it. The point is, in a society where government quotas rather than merit is responsible for one's place in life, how do you know that a doctor, lawyer, etc. is actually qualified? In short, you don't.
