Like Maxwell Smart, Missed it by that much. How would you like a bozo like this handing out revenue tickets where you drive? There's a bunch of them.
This clown told me he didn't know of any officers who drank on duty. Hell, I know where the cops used to park and sober up for maybe four hours tops before going on duty.
And by the way when I was in college the cops stopped by PO'd the traffic lights were out and I gave them a couple of drafts. Power was down and they were pissed because they had to direct traffic. It was almost noon, about 11AM, a lot less than they drank after hours.
Head up the ass syndrome.
