I think it is time to deport the 35 million illegal aliens living in this country. If not it will be 40 million then 50 million. Ship them out. Fine employers 10 times the money they paid any illegal alien invaders.
Laws like the one in AZ have no effect other than to enflame passions.
Congress has regulatory power over business. Making them comply with the law and compelling them to show that they are obeying with the law is a simple act of Congress.

The USCON is not a contract. It's a Union. That fact was clearly established at the founding and has been affirmed several times by the SCOTUS ever since. Because people chose to pervert that fact as time went by it doesn't validate it.

States have no rights only powers. That said, States have no power to deport people from the US.
