President Barack Obama’s moratorium to kill jobs in the gulf by prohibiting drilling, was lifted not too long ago by a federal judge. The U.S. Court of appeals for the 5th circuit agreed with that judge 2-1 to lift Obama’s ban. However, Obama is still succeeding in killing jobs and the economy. From Reuters: Analysts said the ongoing battle over the ban had produced gridlock for the oil drilling companies.
“Effectively the government’s getting what they want by default. It’s too risky for companies to start up the deepwater drilling process when you know the rug could be pulled out from underneath you,” said Dan Pickering, head of research at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co.
Congratulations Obama, your job-killing, recession aiding policies are still successful, regardless of the Court’s rulings. Is Obama bent on destroying our country or is he just plain incompetent?
