A senior U.S. intelligence source confirmed that the miserable failure of President Obama, in dealing with the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, has crystallized the view, among a vast majority of Americans, and among many leading Democratic Party officials as well, that Obama is a loser, incapable of managing this crisis, or any other crisis of similar magnitude. A poll conducted several days ago revealed that 60% of Americans believe that Obama has totally failed to manage the Gulf spill. According to the source, while Americans are growing more and more desperate over the economic collapse and the failure of Obama to take any action to solve the crisis, many were willing, still, to put part of the blame on the previous Bush-Cheney Administration, which was still in office when the 2007-2008 blowout began. But the BP crisis and the failure of Obama to take any action—other than to lie and coverup for BP—has triggered an explosive reaction, all targeted at Obama. The source concurred with Lyndon LaRouche, that Obama is going off the deep end, and that the revolt against Obama has reached a new level among the American people. The source added that, over a month ago, government officials had been briefed about the massive oil plumes under the surface of the Gulf, and that the oil would contaminate the entire Atlantic coast of the United States, and would reach Cuba and other points in the Caribbean before the end of the summer. The White House has systematically suppressed these studies. The source described the Gulf of Mexico as a "killing field." Furthermore, the fact that it took more than 75 days before the first mega-skimmer ships were permitted into the Gulf, means that a tragedy that could have been at least partially averted, will now hit full force. "A decade from now, the impact of this spill will still be being felt around the world, but especially in the U.S.A.," the source concluded.
