Once this so called "war on terror" is over what do you think America will look like? Do you think it will be a free country? What about its Constitution and Bill of Rights? How much of them do you think will remain? Will this present crisis in the world lead to world government? People need to think about these things it will determine the future that our children grow up in.
Are you implying we might go to a dictatorship or worse?
Are you implying that we are not already pretty much in one? Aren't we pretty much told what to do in every aspect of our lives? Doesn't the government determine how much of our earnings we are allowed to keep? Do you think you would recognize it if you lived in a dictatorship? Many unwittingly look at Bush as a dictator. They think that he's the president and if he says it it is the law.
What would you define a dictatorship as?
Now I know that there are still ways to be free and enjoy some freedoms in this country. But we are no doubt rushing towards tottalitarinism
First of all I don't believe Bush is clever nor ruthless enough to be considered a dictator, second I define dictatorship as the leading power in any certain country giving itself the power to basically kill you if you slander their name. We still have free press, even though mainstream media will never really bash Bush.
