t's a Haagen-Diss! Vice President Joe Biden served up a zinger at a Milwaukee, Wis., frozen custard shop Friday, telling the manager to stop "being a smart a- -" after he asked for lower taxes.
When Biden went to pay for his vanilla cone with chocolate flakes at Kopp's Frozen Custard, the manager initially said: "Don't worry, it's on us," according to a local television station.
After Biden insisted on paying, the manager said: "Lower our taxes and we'll call it even."
Biden, who has a long suffered from foot-in-mouth disease, then chided the worker to, "say something nice instead of being a smart a- - all the time."
