The "pro-Israel" lobby is slipping big time. First, earlier this spring, its student activities czar, Jonathan Kessler, openly spoke about how AIPAC muzzles Congress.
But this is worse. Yesterday, it's press liaison circulated a blatantly racist video. (He sent it out to his media contacts by email to avoid too much of a direct link to AIPAC. Nice try).
In days of yore, AIPAC would never do anything this blatant. But then neither would Israel, which has also been promoting these videos.
Check it out. I have no problem with a pro-Israel lobby. But not one like this which evidently cares nothing about Israel but only about sucking up to Netanyahu and preserving the occupation. Thank God, there is another pro-Israel lobby (for the post WW2 crowd). It's called J Street.
