SAVANNAH, Ga. — Tybee Island Police appear to be the target of some kind of dark magic after someone left a mutilated lizard carcass and doll outside their headquarters. Lieutenant Emory Randolph found a voodoo doll with its head ripped off and a dead, mutilated lizard outside the police station early Friday morning.
