Montana State Library Commissioner Tom Burnett on Thursday suggested that his organization formally separate from the American Library Association due to concerns about its president, self-proclaimed "Marxist lesbian" Emily Drabinski, the Daily Montanan reported. "If we are reliant upon a private organization for critical services, that is subsidiary to our
obligations, and we should not be shy of dismissing them," Burnett said during the commission's meeting where he proposed the group send a letter to the ALA to withdraw its membership. Click for Full Text!

The Federal Reserve Has Been a Disaster for America Post Date: 2023-07-08 01:16:55 by Charles_Byrd

Like all indoctrinated economics PhDs, I used to teach students that the Federal Reserve was created as a central bank in order to provide cash to banks experiencing a run on deposits so that bank failures would not become general and collapse the money supply and, thereby, employment and output. It all sounds so reasonable and rational until you realize that finance least of all is idealistic. The Federal Reserve was actually created in order to save the big New York banks from their greed-driven mistakes, and that is the Feds principal activity. In recent decades the Fed has gone beyond merely saving the big banks from their mistakes to helping the big ones concentrate more banking ...
13 Places to Avoid Going When SHTF- Planning a Bug Out Can Seem Overwhelming. but the More You Plan and Prepare in Advance, the More Likely You Will Remember Which Places to Avoid Going When SHTF Post Date: 2023-07-08 01:15:52 by Charles_Byrd

When it comes to being prepared for a SHTF event, preppers are focused on threats from natural disasters to nuclear wars, EMPs, and devastating cosmic events. The situations that people can focus on and become obsessed with preparing for and unpredictable and vary widely. Theres no way that one person or family could be completely prepared for every single type of event. So, most people choose one or several related events they believe are imminent and prepare as best they can for those. But the less talked about threat that will be overwhelming no matter what the situation is that arises, is population density. For example, according to this map of population density by county shows ...
The Real Determinants of Currency Value Post Date: 2023-07-08 01:14:33 by Charles_Byrd

There are two components to the inflation story: the cycle of bank credit, which left to itself is self-cancelling, and the longer-term erosion of currency values. In examining the causes, this article goes back to monetary basics to explain what is required to make a currencys purchasing power stable. Economists generally seem unaware of the importance of credit in the economy. In a world of fiat currencies, they wrongly take central bank currency to be money, and also routinely describe bank credit as money. But they are credit, which drives everything, not only statistically recorded credit, but in our personal relationships as well. Click for Full Text!

Julian Assange has been harassed on false charges for more than a decade and held in prison or in house arrest in the Ecuadoran embassy in London for a decade. Assanges trouble began when two Swedish women each took him home to their beds and later complained that he hadnt used a condom. One or both wanted him to take an Aids test. Foolishly, he refused, and one or both women went to the police to see if he could be required to take the test. Click for Full Text!

Does it really matter if the instrument curtailing liberty is a monarch or a popularly elected legislature? This conundrum, along with the witty version of it put to a Boston crowd in 1775 by the little-known colonial- era preacher with the famous uncle Cotton Mather addresses the age-old question of whether liberty can long survive in a democracy. Byles was a loyalist, who, along with about one-third of the American adult white male population in 1776, opposed the American Revolution and favored continued governance by Great Britain. Remembering the Dead White Founders Post Date: 2023-07-08 01:06:12 by Charles_Byrd

Another Independence Day is here. There will be fireworks, hamburgers, hot dogs, people getting drunk. I guess people still get drunk on holidays. Most Americans realize that July 4 has something to do with our history. But in their dumbed down, historically illiterate minds, the details arent exactly clear. As usual, I scanned my cable guide, and found the same dearth of television programs about the founding of this country that I always do. On July 4th, you think theyd have some special programming, like they do for Juneteenth or Pride Month. But no, its just the 1776 musical, and thats about it. If they were to air anything about Thomas Jefferson, or the other ...

Kansas AG Sues to Stop Trans People From Changing Driver's Licenses Post Date: 2023-07-08 01:03:01 by Charles_Byrd

The Republican attorney general of Kansas sued Friday to force the state to be among a few that prohibit transgender people from changing their sex on their driver's licenses and to repudiate the Democratic governor, who continues to allow such changes despite a new anti-trans law. Attorney General Kris Kobach filed his lawsuit in state court, seeking an order to stop Gov. Laura Kelly, and agencies under her control, from letting transgender people change their licenses. Kobach contends a law that took effect Saturday prevents such changes and requires the state to reverse any previous changes in its records. Click for Full Text!

Western Media Prepping Nuclear False Flag… and Thermonuclear War Post Date: 2023-07-08 01:00:51 by Charles_Byrd

Western media are conditioning the public for a false-flag attack on the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant (ZNPP) to blame Russia. That would then provide the United States and NATO a pretext to directly intervene in their proxy war to support the Kiev regime. The Kiev regimes month-old counteroffensive is failing miserably to push back Russian defense lines. Indeed, if anything, it seems that Russian forces are turning the tables to gain more territory in eastern Ukraine. The military situation is becoming a fiasco for the NATO-backed regime in Kiev. Law Enforcement analyst Mark Morgan told Newsmax Friday that it is "ridiculous" that the highly trained Secret Service and FBI may be unable to find out who left cocaine in a "highly controlled access" area of the White House during the holiday weekend. "The FBI and the United States Secret Service are two of the best organizations in what they do. They also oversee some long-term sophisticated, complex, investigations that cover multiple continents. To think that they cannot quickly discover whose cocaine this was is just ridiculous to me," Morgan said during "American Agenda" Friday. Just What Is the Military’s Image and Reputation? Post Date: 2023-07-08 00:48:37 by Charles_Byrd

Another Military Appreciation Day has come and gone. Everything about the Fourth of July has been tainted by military idolatryincluding worship services on the Sunday before the holiday. Patriotism is now equated with admiration for the military. And the highest form of patriotism is to kill or be killed in defense of our freedoms. The image and reputation of the military is at an all-time high. American Enterprise Institute (AEI) senior fellow Michael Rubin is concerned about the image of the military. In his recent article Greed, Not Just Politics, Is Corrupting the Image of the Military, he criticizes former U.S. generals for endorsing usually in ...

The Associated Press reported Thursday that the Biden administration has decided to arm Ukraine with cluster bombs and will announce the munitions as part of a new $800 million arms package. The news comes after Human Rights Watch (HRW) issued a report that said Ukraine has killed its own citizens using the munitions. US officials told AP that they expect the arms package to be announced Friday. The White House used to be opposed to arming Ukraine with cluster munitions, as they are indiscriminate weapons that cause harm to civilians, but the concerns have waned. Click for Full Text!

The Supreme Court's decision on affirmative action in college admissions has begun affecting scholarships, with universities in at least two states saying they will no longer consider race when awarding the funding. In the wake of the court's ruling that race-based admissions policies are unconstitutional, the University of Kentucky and the University of Missouri system announced that they would drop race as a factor in scholarship programs. Though the court did not address scholarships, other schools are expected to follow, as many face pressure to change. Click for Full Text!
