.perhaps it will be easier for us if you just post the links on this thread in any order you desire. Have at it

In yet another swamp victory, the Trump administration has decided to re-nominate a radical LGBT activist and Obama-era holdover for commissioner of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) a bureaucracy that shouldnt even exist. Lesbian Chai Feldblum has been serving in the post since 2010, having been made EEOC head without Senate approval, via an Obama recess appointment. And from some dark recesses is whence her ideology comes. As Powerline reported Tuesday, Feldblum is
the architect of the Obama administrations radical LGBT agenda, including its policy mandating that transgender individuals can use the restroom of their choice in ...
Good Cop, Bad Cop Post Date: 2017-12-16 17:49:35 by Deckard

It has been suggested that bad cops are only a small percentage of the overall force and that the good cops should not be judged by the actions of the few. I would argue that if the bad cops are a small percentage of the force, why can they not be confronted and dealt with, if even on a personal, non-administrative way by the good cops? It happens in business all the time. The fact is, the good cops hide behind the actions of the bad cops to be occasionally bad themselves, when it suits them and when they think they are justified. The good cops really don't even know what being a good cop is. They think that if they are not a bad cop they are a good cop, but that doesn't wash. At ...

Flynn pleaded guilty this month to lying to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. A lawyer representing him didnt immediately respond to messages seeking comment on the papers report, and a Deutsche Bank spokesman wouldnt discuss ...
Cyprus is at the center of a circle of corruption surrounding Trump Post Date: 2017-12-16 09:44:01 by Willie Green

The country of Cyprus has a long history as a laundromat for dirty money, particularly from Russia. Cyprus is referenced 530,937 times in the Panama Papers, and the Bank of Cyprus, the country's largest bank, is referenced 4,657 times. And the cast of characters linked to the bank and President Donald Trump is troubling.-When Oleg Deripaska, the founder of Russian aluminum company Rusal, began paying Paul Manafort $10 million a year in 2006 to act as a secret emissary for Russian President Vladimir Putin with Western governments, he paid Manafort through the Bank of Cyprus. Records handed over to special counsel Robert Mueller's investigative team show that Manafort and his partner, ...

For years, the historic run higher for U.S. stocks has been characterized as a hated rally, one that has consistently vexed investors with rising prices in the face of widespread skepticism. If anything, repeated record highs in 2017 have only made money managers more dour. Big investors are heading into 2018 with the most bearish perspective on stocks since the great financial crisis, according to Boston Consulting Groups annual investor survey. Fully 46% of investors were pessimistic about equity markets for the next year, up from 32% a year ago and 19% in 2015; more than one-third were bearish about stocks over three years, more than double last year. So, leftists called Roy Moore crazy for not conceding the recent election in Alabama. But thanks to military of Alabamas overwhelmingly support Moore, he might not be that crazy after all. According to a report by NewsMax: Over 18,000 servicemen come from the great state of Alabama, and their absentee ballots just came in. This is bad news for Democrats, because Doug Jones chances arent looking good. According to the State Board of Elections, 16,323 votes came across for Roy Moore while only 1,130 soldiers voted for Jones. While Moore hasnt won yet, this does provide him some wiggle room. Further, voter fraud has been reported, as some Millennials stated ...
Net neutrality is now officially on life support. HereÂ’s what happens next Post Date: 2017-12-15 19:58:05 by Deckard

The Federal Communications Commission has voted to repeal net neutrality, despite overwhelming public support for the regulation, which requires internet service providers like Verizon and Comcast to distribute internet access fairly and equally to everyone, regardless of how much they pay or where theyre located. Despite last-minute requests to delay the December 14 vote from some Republican members of Congress, it went through as scheduled, thanks to the support of a much longer list of Republicans who favored the repeal and urged the vote to be held without delay. As had been heavily predicted for months, the vote was split 3-2 along party lines, with the FCC chair Ajit Pai and the ...
DOJ Wants Protesters & Reporter Convicted For 'Hiding Behind The First Amendment' Post Date: 2017-12-15 19:25:35 by Deckard

from the protect-and-defend-the-constitution dept Employees of the federal government swear an oath to protect and defend the Constitution. Assistant US Attorney Rizwan Qureshi must have done that as well. And, among the parts of the Constitution he's supposed to defend is the First Amendment. But, as a lawyer for the DOJ he has a job to do -- and apparently sometimes that job includes making batshit insane arguments to try to throw protesters and a reporter in jail against their basic First Amendment rights to assemble and to report. This is the case against six people who were singled out and prosecuted, among hundreds of people arrested during protests around Donald Trump's ...

Chamath Palihapitiya has publicly declared that he didnt really understand the consequences of what he was doing. This isnt the first time a social media powerhouse has come forward with regret for helping create a social media platform either. Facebooks first president, Sean Parker, opened up about his regrets over helping create social media as we now know it last month. Fox NewsJingle Bells, one of the most well-known Christmas carols in the world, is now being called racist.A Boston University theater professor claims the Christmas carol has a problematic history because it was originally performed to make fun of African Americans. The possibility that there was widespread voter fraud during the recent Alabama senate election between Doug Jones and Roy Moore has become very real after a Jones voter was caught on camera discussing how his supporters came from different parts of the country to vote for the Democrat. The clip, which has gone viral on Facebook, was captured by the local Fox affiliate shortly after the media had confirmed that Jones had pulled off the stunning upset. After being asked by a local reporter why he was excited to see Jones victory, the man responded with a comment that could easily be interpreted as proof that voter fraud did indeed happen. Because we came here all the way from ...

Many are applauding the FCCs decision to repeal net neutrality, but I believe that this is a huge mistake. Hopefully the worst case scenarios will not play out, but if they do we could be looking at the end of the Internet as we know it today. We have all become quite accustomed to going anywhere on the Internet that we would like, but thanks to this decision the big Internet service providers could start to turn the Internet into another version of cable television. Websites that are not part of your Internet package would either load much slower or would not be accessible at all. Essentially, the big Internet service providers could eventually ...

Unlike Nixon, Trump Will Not Go Quietly Pat Buchanan 12/15/2017 12:01:00 AM - Pat Buchanan On Aug. 9, 1974, Richard Nixon bowed to the inevitability of impeachment and conviction by a Democratic Senate and resigned. The prospect of such an end for Donald Trump has this city drooling. Yet, comparing Russiagate and Watergate, history is not likely to repeat itself. First, the underlying crime in Watergate, a break-in to wiretap offices of the DNC, had been traced, within 48 hours, to the Committee to Re-Elect the President. In Russiagate, the underlying crime -- the "collusion" of Trump's campaign with the Kremlin to hack into the emails of the DNC -- has, after 18 months ...
