Rand Paul (R-Ky.) will head to Canada this month for hernia surgery, according to the Louisville Courier Journal.Surgeons will treat an injury he sustained when he was attacked at his home in late 2017, the Louisville, Ky., newspaper reported.A neighbor of Paul's, Rene Boucher, was charged with assault in the incident.
