FRESNO, California (KSEE/KGPE) – A former Community Service Officer with Clovis Police has been arrested for sexual assault of a minor. Clovis Police announced Monday that 26-year-old Mitchell Singh is facing more than 30 allegations of acts of sexual misconduct. Investigators add that all allegations took place while Singh was off-duty and not in his capacity as an employee of the City of Clovis. Officers say he was released from his employment in July, for reasons unrelated to these charges.
