Louisiana Man Arrested, Charged with Terrorism for Satirical COVID-19 Facebook Post Post Date: 2020-03-21 21:59:53 by Deckard

Forest Hill, LA In what many are calling a massive overreach of police powers, a 27-year-old Louisiana man has been arrested and charged with terrorism for an incendiary, entirely false, yet satirical Facebook post. The Rapides Parish Sheriffs Office announced the arrest yesterday on their Facebook page. In what appeared to be a distasteful joke, Waylon Allen Bailey took to Facebook and claimed cops were given the order to shoot and kill anyone who had contracted the COVID-19 virus. One would have to be incredibly dense to believe such a hyperbolic post which is what makes it look like a terrible joke. Nevertheless police showed up at the mans home and arrested him. The ...

On Thursday night, Governor Gavin Newsome took unprecedented action and locked down the entire state of California. The following day, Governor Andrew Cuomo locked down the state of New York and Gov. J.B. Pritzker locked down the state of Illinois. Today, as of the time of publication, 70 million Americans are in mandatory isolation at home in the hopes of stopping or at least slowing down the Covid-19 virus that is beginning to spread exponentially across the country. Borders between the US, Canada, and Mexico have also been closed by mutual consent between the three governments. While this may be necessary to curb the virus so as not to overwhelm the medical system, ...

Cover for an economic reset and an elitist-driven totalitarian global authority. The response by the government to COVID-19 will turn America into a third world country in short order. Destroying the economy, throwing millions of people out of work, creating air money and thus inflation, and draconian measures to head off a virus that kills far less than the ordinary flu will have serious and unprecedented ramifications. The veneer of civilization will dissolve in short order. If practically everyone is ordered by the state to shelter in place, there will be few people left to deliverlet alone producefood and other necessities. Within the first few days of ...

I guess, I am damned lucky. Below is the text... hursday, Mar. 12th. 2020 There is still no confirmed case of the virus in Belize, but Belize is now only one of four countries in Central America that do not yet have a case of the virus, so health officials have warned that it will only be a matter of time before it is detected here. This was after several suspect samples were tested on Tuesday, all of which proved negative for COVID-19. Since January 29, the Ministry has been monitoring over 300 persons and have tested 11 of them, all of whom have tested negative. The Caribbean Public Health Agency has also upgraded the risk of COVID-19 to very high for the Caribbean, ...
Spring equinox and rise in solar uv radiation will predictably bring mild epidemic to an abrupt halt (except for quarantined populations) Post Date: 2020-03-21 09:57:00 by Deckard

A geophysical and demographic analysis of COVID-19 coronavirus deaths in China and Italy reveals leaders in western nations have been misled that quarantine and social distancing will quell the spread of this disease. The mortal cases of infectious pneumonia continued on past quarantines. Death rates will predictably fall as temperatures and the solar UV index rise with the arrival of the Spring equinox (March 19). Solar ultraviolet radiation produces vitamin D in exposed skin and is the overriding factor in infectious disease control. Quarantines are counter-productive, as a chart below reveals. The full extent of a predicted spring cure that will predictably ...

LAKEWOOD, N.J. (CBS) Police in Ocean County have arrested a homeowner for hosting a pop-up wedding with more than 50 people in attendance during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier in the week, New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy banned gatherings of 50 or more people in an effort to stop the spread of coronavirus. Lakewood police have charged 49-year-old Eliyohu Zaks with maintaining a nuisance for hosting the wedding at a home on Spruce Street. The Lakewood Police is asking that its citizens be responsible and obey the directives set forth by the State of New Jersey for the safety and health of all. MADISON (WKOW) -- Dane County residents now have a method to report violations of the governor's ban on gatherings of 10 or more people. Public Health Madison and Dane County set up an online form that can be used to submit a violation of Gov. Tony Evers' order. The form asks for some basic information before offering several fields to describe the gathering. A link to the form is available here. Those living outside of Dane County should contact their local law enforcement or health department. The penalties were outlined in the governor's order. PENALTIES, under Wisconsin statute 252.25: Any person who willfully violates or obstructs the execution of any ...
First Circuit Appeals Court: 'Community Caretaking' Function Applies To Warrantless Seizures, Not Actually Caring For The Community Post Date: 2020-03-21 09:21:37 by Deckard

from the no-obligation-to-help,-every-excuse-to-hurt dept The First Circuit Court of Appeals has confirmed what we've already assumed: the "community caretaking" function law enforcement performs is there to help it dodge the Constitution, not to ensure it actually takes care of the community. Citing Simpsons' episode BABF18*, Judge Selya (trigger warning: overwrought English) says nothing about the community caretaking function prevents officers from harming you. But it does not mean officers ever need to help you. *Judge Selya does not actually cite this, but let's just take a look at what these decisions actually mean: The Supreme Court has made it clear -- ...

As axiomatic with government that is to say, the people with titles and badges and guns who are the government there is an interesting double standard with regard to the Coronaing of life in what was, just two weeks ago, still more or less America. We are ordered to shutter our businesses; to not gather in groups of ten or more. Are ordered at gunpoint to accept house arrest, styled shelter in place because that enables people to avoid facing up to what theyre really being ordered to accept. But what about them? Are the people with titles and badges and guns who are issuing and enforcing these orders following them? ...
Coronavirus Epidemic May Be Slowed by Warm and Humid Weather Post Date: 2020-03-21 07:14:46 by Deckard

(Aridha Prassetya | Dreamstime.com) Will the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 recede as the weather warms up, as flu viruses often do? Maybe so, according to a preliminary study by Chinese researchers. That would be terrific news.Basically, the researchers analyzed how the epidemic evolved in various Chinese cities taking into account the weather in each. They also compared how the virus proliferated in countries with relatively lower seasonal air temperature and lower humidity (e.g., Korea, Japan, and Iran), which experienced more severe outbreaks with its spread in warmer and more humid countries (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand), where the outbreaks have been more limited. In ...

I have reports of and have seen armed government workers in my state (VA) menacing businesses that dare to transact business. Free exchange is now a criminal offense. Of course, it has been for some time depending on the free exchange involved. But its now general. You face armed government workers and their arms for attempting to serve people a cup of coffee. The AGWs are prowling around local restaurants, menacing the proprietors if more than ten people are within. The locking down (a term once reserved for inmates of prisons) of America passes almost without comment and little objection. The government decrees that people are ...

CHEAP TVS, EXPENSIVE FLU March 18, 2020 Here's a thought: While self-quarantining with their families in multimillion-dollar Manhattan co-ops, Wall Street wives ought to have a chat with their Master of the Universe husbands about China, globalism and political correctness. Those are the vectors of their robber-baron wealth. Thanks to globalism -- i.e., cheap goods from China -- weve gotten many wondrous things, for example: -- Toothpaste on American shelves made with a poison found in antifreeze. -- Toxic Chinese drywall installed in about 100,000 U.S. homes, emitting noxious fumes that destroyed electrical wiring and metal fixtures and sickened homeowners. ...

What to make of what is going on which is going very fast in a very ugly direction? Its all too convenient. Two weeks ago, Orange Man seemed and probably was electorally invincible. Nothing his NPC opponents tried worked. The Orange Man ridiculed them, publicly, in his Orange Man way leaving them bug-eyed with exasperation. One is reminded of people in the 30s who could only refer to FDR as that man in between gasps of hate. The climate crisis wasnt selling, chiefly on account of lack of evidence, the lack made up for by an abundance of emotional rhetoric. Its purveyors had been reduced to desperation tactics such as shoving an emotionally ...

When a police officer in Staten Island was caught by his own body camera in the apparent act of planting marijuana in the car of a group of young men, the video evidence against him was strong enough to prompt prosecutors in the resulting case to throw out the marijuana charge in the middle of a pretrial hearing. A judge cut short his testimony, and prosecutors recommended he get a lawyer. This incident of unlawfulness by a law enforcement officer received national coverage via the New York Times. In that case, NYPD ...

Presumptive Democratic 2020 Presidential Nominee Joe Biden is not one for clarity, tact, or a firm grasp of the facts. However, even an American public that has long been aware of his shortcomings was taken aback this week when the former vice president launched an unhinged attack on a pro-Second Amendment auto worker. Aside from further exposing a waning control of his faculties, the exchange revealed Bidens deep antipathy towards the Second Amendment, his profound ignorance on the firearms issue, and his willingness to lie for political advantage. The verbal dispute occurred on Tuesday as Biden toured a Fiat Chrysler plant in Michigan as the state was holding its primary. As ...

Guest Column: Ron Paul – The Coronavirus Hoax Post Date: 2020-03-19 22:19:58 by Deckard

by RON PAUL || Governments love crises because when the people are fearful they are more willing to give up freedoms for promises that the government will take care of them. After 9/11, for example, Americans accepted the near-total destruction of their civil liberties in the PATRIOT Acts hollow promises of security. It is ironic to see the same Democrats who tried to impeach President Donald Trump last month for abuse of power demanding that the Administration grab more power and authority in the name of fighting a virus that thus far has killed less than 100 Americans. Declaring a pandemic emergency on Friday, President Trump now claims the power to quarantine individuals ...

Did you ever imagine that you would see the day when police are being called out to protect trucks that are unloading shipments of toilet paper? Well, in California this is actually happening. At the Costco in Santa Maria, California police were seen guarding a truck as it unloaded a shipment of toilet paper on Saturday. Thanks to the tremendous fear that the coronavirus pandemic is creating, toilet paper has become one of the hottest commodities in America all of a sudden. Many retailers have already started to limit the amount of toilet paper that each customer can purchase, and shortages are becoming increasingly common. So what should you do if you run out of ...

from the abolish-DEA deptTue, Mar 17th 2020 3:34pm Tim Cushing Just another reminder the Drug Enforcement Agency doesn't care all that much about drugs and/or enforcement. And the DEA will be there to hoover up the cash
even when the cash has nothing to do with drugs. The DEA stole another person's life savings back in 2015. A raid of house predicated on the theory Miladis Salgado's husband was involved in drug dealing ended with the DEA walking off with $15,000 Salgado had saved for her ...

House lawmakers scaled back their efforts Monday night to offer millions of Americans paid sick and family leave, a weak link in the nation's fight to contain the spread of the coronavirus. [...] The revised legislation would still provide many workers with up to two weeks of paid sick leave if they are being tested or treated for coronavirus or have been diagnosed with it. Also eligible would be those who have been told by a doctor or government official to stay home because of exposure or symptoms. Under the revised bill, however, those payments would be capped at $511 a day, roughly what someone making $133,000 earns annually. The original measure called for workers to receive ...
