A group of vicious teenaged thugs attacked at least two people and severely beat a Fox News meteorologist in the early morning hours on Sunday. Fox News personality Adam Klotz reported that the thugs, aged 15- 17, lit one citizen’s hair on fire before turning their attention to him after he told the gang to leave the citizen alone. Klotz claimed that the gang consisted of seven or eight young individuals, of whom three — two 15-year olds and a 17-year-old — were later detained by police but were released into the custody of guardians. Each year, the nonprofit I helm, Let Grow, works with local advocacy groups, parents and sometimes even kids to get states to pass the “Reasonable Childhood Independence” law. This law says that “child neglect” is when you put your kid in serious, obvious and likely danger — not anytime you take your eyes off them. Nearly a year after his property was seized by the town of Bolton, Massachusetts, for property taxes owed, Alan DiPietro, an Alpaca farmer, filed suit this month against the town of Bolton for “home equity theft,” claiming that the seizure constitutes an unlawful taking of his property in violation of the Massachusetts Constitution and the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The Pentagon has decided to extend a troop deployment in southeast Romania, which is part of the US military buildup in Eastern Europe that was ordered around the time Russia invaded Ukraine. The US currently has about 4,000 members of the US Army’s 101st Airborne Division based out of the Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base near the Romanian city of Constanta on the Black Sea.
