German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said Wednesday that Ukraine will not be receiving as many German-made Leopard 2 tanks as promised, at least in the near term. Ukraine was promised two full battalions by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, which totals 62 tanks, but Pistorius said Western allies are struggling to put that many together. The Kentucky Supreme Court this morning ruled in favor of Attorney General Daniel Cameron, agreeing with the Court of Appeals’ decision that a lower court wrongly stopped the enforcement of Kentucky’s Human Life Protection Act and Heartbeat Law. As a result Kentucky’s near-total ban on abortions will remain in place until a lower court can decide whether or not the law is constitutional.
