A Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) assessment that has been leaked online says that the US expects the war in Ukraine to go into 2024 without any peace talks between the warring sides, The Washington Post reported Wednesday. “Negotiations to end the conflict are unlikely during 2023 in all considered scenarios,” the DIA analysis reads. Progress has been reported in the Oman-brokered Saudi-Houthi peace talks that are ongoing in the Yemeni capital of Sanaa, as a ceasefire agreement is expected to be reached soon. Not long ago, homelessness could only be found in certain areas of a city or community that locals called skid row. That no longer is true, especially for the city of Los Angeles, where homeless encampments line nearly every major street.
