My wife is in labor!! I will shoot you, you piece of s! Get on the ground! Chesterton, IN In January of 2012, Dana Reiners water broke, so her husband James began excitedly driving to the hospital. The couple was almost there when a police cruiser got behind them with his lights on to pull them over. Instead of pulling over, however, James Reiner called 9-1-1 to alert dispatch to the fact that his wife was about to give birth. He turned on his flashing lights and continued to drive. Realizing that the cop was apparently ignoring the communication with dispatch, James pulled over to attempt to reason with the officer. But this officer was in ...

Sacramento, Californias hero cop is facing his third federal lawsuit for police brutality. Sheriffs Deputy Paul Scotte Pfeifer is being accused of using excessive force in the violent arrest of a 51-year-old. The victim, John Reyes, told the Sacramento Bee, that in 2009 Pfeifer tasered, pepper-sprayed and beat plaintiff in the middle of the street, in broad daylight, with his department-issued flashlight. The wrongful attack was witnessed by many citizens who were appalled by the conduct, some of whom recorded the deputys illegal conduct. This is not only the third lawsuit that Pfeifer has faced since 2009, but in each case he has ...
Oliver Stone: Forget ISIS, America Is the Real Threat to the World Post Date: 2015-09-21 20:24:28 by Deckard

Many people thought Oliver Stones days of rankling the establishment were over. Many people were wrong. His 2012 book and TV series, The Untold History of the United States, suggests the iconic filmmaker is renewing efforts to challenge the mainstream narrative regarding American exceptionalism, economic imperialism, and our governments nefarious involvement in the Middle East. To complete the 10-part documentary series and 750 page book, Stone collaborated with World War 2 scholar Peter Kuznick. The controversial filmmaker says that in assessing American history since the 1930s, its our involvement in the Middle East that really grabbed his attention. ...
A FORMER NR Reader Says “You Bet We Are In Revolt” Post Date: 2015-09-21 15:18:16 by nativist nationalist

I liked James Kirkpatricks Vdare.com article on the #NRORevolt. I am old enough to remember the attack on Pat Buchanan by the NRO crowd. [A Conservative No More, The tribal politics of Pat Buchanan, By Ramesh Ponnuru, October 11, 1999.] I was a subscriber at the time and did enjoy the magazine. I was becoming concerned, however, that Buckley was losing it. I read the issues on The Bell Curve and Alien Nation and was glad to see the debate on some deep issues. This was the intellectual face of Conservatism way before Jonah Goldberg was there. Then the purge started. Brimelow and folks like Sam Francis and Joe Sobran were set out to pasture. They ditched John O ...
An Alaskan Reader Says The GOP Leadership (Neocons and Cuckservatives) May Go Third Party THEMSELVES If Trump Is Nominated Post Date: 2015-09-21 14:30:03 by nativist nationalist

Peter Brimelow has long predicted a breakdown of the American party system over immigration. Ive been reading news stories speculating that the split may occur in an unusual way. The leadership of the GOP may split off from the GOP nominee! That is, they may find the GOP nominee so obnoxious to their values (cheap labor and being tolerated at their liberal friendss cocktail parties) that they may actually decide to break off and found their own party! Donald Trump has signed a pledge to support the Republican Partys presidential nominee even if it isnt him. But one of the best-known pundits in conservative media isnt making the same promise. Bill ...

The abuse inflicted upon Boise resident Brian J. McNelis by the Ada County Sheriffs Office is infuriatingly commonplace in post-constitutional America. The legal vindication he won last May, following a five-year legal ordeal, was very much out of the ordinary. Following a four-day federal civil trial in which McNelis represented himself, a jury ruled that former Ada County Sheriffs Deputy Stephen Craig had perjured himself in order to obtain the warrant that led to a January 6, 2010 raid on McNeliss home. On the basis of alleged evidence that was never properly booked by the Sheriffs Office or proven to exist, McNelis was arrested and charged with drug trafficking. ...
Cops Caught on Video Breaking into Family’s Backyard, Killing Dog in Front of 2-Year-Old Girl Post Date: 2015-09-19 12:05:00 by Deckard

A cellphone video surfaced this week showing two Fresno cops, breaking into a locked yard and killing a family dog. Police were apparently responding to a call from a neighbor about a crying baby when they broke through the familys fence and entered their backyard. As they walked into the back yard, they completely ignored the Beware of Dog sign and the Guard dog on duty sign, and they ignored the dog himself. Carelessly ignoring all these signs, the two officers frightened the family pit bull whose name is Face. Instead of attempting to get out of the yard they were trespassing in, one of the officers kicked the dog, then drew his weapon and fired several ...
NOAA Massively Ramps Up Their Temperature Fraud Ahead Of Paris Post Date: 2015-09-19 10:12:29 by cranky

As of last year, NOAA didnt show much, if any August warming for almost 20 years. That didnt suit Barack Obamas agenda, so they simply changed the data to make the hiatus disappear. This years version : 201508.gif (813×525) Last years version : 201408.gif (813×525) This is on top of the massive data tampering they did prior to 2014. Their graph looks nothing like satellite measurements of global temperature. Their graph looks nothing like the 1975 NCAR graph, because they know that they can lie and cheat with impunity while Obama is in office. NOAA has completely erased the 30 year cooling trend, and now simply fabricate imaginary data for the ...

JACKSON, Miss. (AP) A former University of Mississippi student who admitted helping place a noose on a statue of a civil rights activist is going to prison. U.S. District Judge Michael P. Mills sentenced Graeme Phillip Harris on Thursday to six months in prison beginning Jan. 4, followed by 12 months' supervised release. Harris pleaded guilty in June to a misdemeanor charge of using a threat of force to intimidate African-American students and employees, and prosecutors agreed to drop a felony charge. "No one should have to endure threats or intimidation because of their race or the color of their skin," Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Vanita Gupta said ...
That Pubescent Obama-lookalike Invited to Meet President Is Son of Man Who Regularly Runs for President of Sudan Post Date: 2015-09-18 09:54:29 by nativist nationalist

Im sure youve heard about the Sudanese Muslim immigrant kid in Texas who was arrested for bringing his home made electronic clock to school where Islamophobes worried that it was a time bomb beeping in his backpack. The President bestirred himself from his narcissistic reveries to note that the northeast African looked a lot like him at that age and invited him to the White House, much to the satisfaction of Salon readers. But a reader points out that the kids dad is a publicity hound who routinely returns to Sudan to run for President and engages in other PR stunts like debating the Rev. Terry Jones over the holiness of the Koran. From the Dallas News: He just ...

Somalis voting in Ohio. The word within quotes in my title above is a nod to the high incidence of fraud among refugee and asylum cases. Much more needs to be written about that. Meanwhile, theres a notion out there that refugeesand refugeesare just here temporarily, that theyll return home as soon as things settle down back there. In this picture, permanent resettlement in a land away from ones origin is the exception, not the rule. Theres an example of this conceit in a USA Today story from last week (Obama faces no easy answers to Syrian crisis, September 9, 2015). Reporter Gregory Korte wrote: Refugee resettlement is a strategy ...

Most Republicans running for president have only one idea: Be like Reagan! Unfortunately, they seem to remember nothing about Reagan apart from the media-created caricature of a slightly addled old man who somehow mesmerized an imbecilic public with his sunny optimism. ¡Jeb! goes around saying, I believe were on the verge of the greatest time to be alive. Marco Rubio answered a question in the first debate about God and veterans, saying: Well, first, let me say I think God has blessed us. He has blessed the Republican Party with some very good candidates.
And I believe God has blessed our country. This country has been extraordinarily blessed. And ...

Janet Rodriguez's house on First Avenue in West Haven, Conn., is one of the homes the city is approved the use eminent domain on to make way for a $200 million high-end mall. (Photo: Janet Rodriguez) Every day, Janet Rodriguez sits at her home in West Haven, Conn., and she waits. She waits for a knock at her front door, a knock she fears will bring news that Rodriguez and her family will be forced to leave the home theyve lived in for nearly a decade. A knock that means the city has exhausted its efforts to negotiate with Rodriguez and her family and is moving to condemn their house to make way for a $200-million high-end mall. Rodriguez, along with her neighbors on First Avenue, ...
Violent Rapists Set Free as the State Makes Room in Prisons for “Evil” Drug Users Post Date: 2015-09-17 05:47:45 by Deckard

Editors Note: Putting people in jail for non-violent crimes is mostly about revenue-generation for the state. There are a lot more people using marijuana, for example, than violently raping people. An entire economy, jobs, etc. is based around the faulty war on drugs, which is why it continues even though marijuana has already been legalized in several states. The law, and so-called criminal justice should first and foremost be about protecting citizens from violent harm. That is obviously not what its about in reality. Jerome Arps, 58, began his sickening obsession with forcing himself on women as a teenager when he participated in the gang raping of a ...

Do you distrust the banking system? Prefer to do business in cash? Complain about the encroachment of Big Brother into every facet of your life? If you answered yes to any of these questions, youd better watch out. Youre a person of interest and a growing number of businesses must report your suspicious activities to the feds. If they dont, they can be fined and the responsible parties even imprisoned. These requirements originated in a law called the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Of course, this Orwellian law has nothing at all to do with protecting bank secrecy. Indeed, the BSA has all but eliminated confidentiality. ...

This Monday, 64-year-old Constance Manzanares drowned after she became trapped in her car in a drainage canal, in Northeast El Paso, Texas. When police arrived on the scene, there were a number of young men in the water attempting to save the victim and rescue her from the car. However, witnesses say that police threatened the young men with arrest and chased them away from the area, and then failed to make a rescue attempt of their own, allowing the woman to drown. According to an anonymous witness who was interviewed by local KFOX14, the woman may be alive today if the police had never showed up in the first place. They went and tried to help this lady, they tried to help ...

The battle started when Jonah Goldberg assumed ...
McConnell to GOP Populist Base: Let Business Groups Win in 2017 Post Date: 2015-09-14 17:27:25 by cranky

The GOPs populist base can help win big battles for the partys business donors in 2017, if it just shuts up for the next few months, GOP leader Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) suggested in a low-drama interview with Politico. McConnell offered nothing to the partys populist base, except finger-wagging. The pro-life push to transfer funding away from abortion-giant Planned Parenthood is an exercise in futility
thats not going to happen until you have a president who has a similar view, he said. McConnell didnt offer any opposition to President Barack Obamas effort to amnesty millions of illegal immigrants, or his promise to bring in at least ...

The federal government raked in a record of approximately $2,883,250,000,000 in tax revenues through the first eleven months of fiscal 2015 (Oct. 1, 2014 through the end of August), according to the Monthly Treasury Statement released Friday. That equaled approximately $19,346 for every person in the country who had either a full-time or part-time job in August. It is also up about $198,425,330,000 in constant 2015 dollars from the $2,684,824,670,000 in revenue (in inflation-adjusted 2015 dollars) that the Treasury raked in during the first eleven months of fiscal 2014. Despite the record tax revenues of $2,883,250,000,000 in the first eleven months of this fiscal year, the government ...

In part, it stated: From 1984-88, I served as the Press Attaché to the U.S. Embassy in Oslo, and even then I was told by Oslo police that the normally independent Norwegian womans approach to sexual relations was being transformed by this Moslem presence. While police brutality and false claims of police abuse can be minimized, isolated and increasingly rare violent deaths of on-duty police officers should be seen as part of a war on police being waged primarily by Marxist-aligned black radicals, contends The New American magazine. The September 21st issue of that fortnightly periodical, entitled Police Under Fire, inaugurates a renewed national Support Your Local Police campaign by the John Birch Society, which publishes the magazine. The issues tone is set by the cover illustration, which depicts a police officer clad in black stormtrooper attire facing what appears to be a hostile ...

Afghan officials reported this Sunday that a US airstrike killed 11 counter-narcotics police officers that were working for the government of Afghanistan to track down drug smugglers in the region. This attack is the deadliest recorded occurrence of friendly-fire throughout the whole course of the war in Afghanistan. According to The Guardian; A US military spokesman, Colonel Brian Tribus, denied that Nato or US forces had conducted any strikes in Helmand on 6 September, but said they had launched an air raid that day in Maiwand district of neighbouring Kandahar province. However, the area where Afghan officials claim the attack took place is a sparsely populated desert area called ...
