WASHINGTON -- President Obama is to unveil tomorrow a $3.8 trillion budget proposal -- a 6 percent increase over last year, according to a published report. The proposal will include $25 billion for struggling states and provide funding increases for programs at the Department of Energy, the National Institutes of Health, the National Science Foundation and the Census Bureau. It will also provide more funds for the military, but spending at NASA, the Army Corps of Engineers and certain other agencies will be kept at $447 billion annually through 2013. That will lead to a savings of $10 billion in the coming fiscal year.

The WH's defense of Obama's remarks on a recent Supreme Court ruling doesn't cut it for a president, let alone someone who professes to be a Constitutional scholar. It amounts to his saying, well, 80% of the law was bad, but since one element of it was good it should have withstood the Court's test. Rubbish. Good law gets made over time, especially with the legislative bunch we have today. It was a local radio show, and she was belittling Rudy Giuliani as a Yankees fan. True enough. But then the host notes Schilling was stumping against her, too, and she says he’s one as well.
She even stands by if for a second when she’s called on it.
Maybe Sox fans don’t vote. Hey, Schilling didn’t help John McCain much.

Ok this has been going on for years. Someone in the city put my name in a database saying I am a militia member. Well I am not and never have been. This has caused me some problems. They also have it in their database that my wife is militia. Well I have seen the govt flyers that say militia is terrorists. So basically they are saying I am a terrorist. I am looking to sue the city for this defamation and slander. It has also caused the police to harrass me and not file charges in cases that I wished to persue. The prosecutor in a case I am involved in has even told my attorney that I am a militia member. I am serious about this. So if there are any attorneys out there. Please contact me ...
