Post Date: 2012-04-10 19:01:18 by Brian S
TEHRAN: Iran's intelligence ministry said it has broken an Israeli-linked "terror and sabotage" network which had its headquarters in an unspecified nearby country, media reports said on Tuesday. "One of the Zionist regime's biggest terror and sabotage networks and some of its agents have been identified. A group of criminal terrorists and mercenaries cooperating with them has been arrested," the ministry said in a statement picked up by the Iranian outlets. "A number of the operatives were arrested as they were preparing to carry out a terrorist operation," it said. "Heavy bombs," machineguns, pistols, silencers, military communications ...

WASHINGTON The Russian military anticipates that an attack will occur on Iran by the summer and has developed an action plan to move Russian troops through neighboring Georgia to stage in Armenia, which borders on the Islamic republic, according to informed Russian sources. Russian Security Council head Viktor Ozerov said that Russian General Military Headquarters has prepared an action plan in the event of an attack on Iran. "If Iran is involved in any military action, it's a direct ...
Russia Plans to Flatten Georgia if Israel Attacks Iran
Post Date: 2012-04-06 13:41:36 by Brian S
) Russian Defense Ministry sources told the semiofficial news agency Interfax that action plans are being finalized to react to an armed conflict involving Iran and its nuclear program. The General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces calculates that military action against Iran will commence in the summer of 2012. Since Israel does not have sufficient assets to defeat Iranian defenses, the Russian military considers US military involvement inevitable (Interfax, March 30). Bits of information have been appearing, indicating the essence of Russian military action. Last December it was disclosed that families of servicemen from the Russian base in Armenia have been ...
Driving Inside the Soviets’ Secret Submarine Lair [Pics and Video]

View as gallery In 1953, Joseph Stalin signed the plans for a top-secret nuclear submarine base that would become the operational home for the fearsome Soviet Black Sea Fleet. Hidden inside the base of a mountain in the port town of Balaklava on Ukraines Crimean coast, the 15,300 square-foot facility took nine years to build and its entrance camouflaged from spy planes. It could survive a direct nuclear hit and at maximum capacity could hold 3,000 people with supplies to sustain them for a month. Best of all, the vast subs that slunk in and out of here between tours of duty could enter and leave underwater, keeping them from prying eyes at all times. Once the most sensitive and ...
Why Does The Department Of Homeland Security Need 450 MILLION Hollow Point Bullets?
Post Date: 2012-03-29 17:04:49 by Capitalist Eric
Somebody out there has decided that the Department of Homeland Security needs a whole lot of ammunition. Recently it was announced that ATK was awarded a contract to provide up to 450 million hollow point bullets to the Department of Homeland Security over the next five years. Is it just me, or does that sound incredibly excessive? What in the world is the DHS going to do with 450 million rounds? What possible event would ever require that much ammunition? If the United States was ever invaded, it would be the job of the U.S. military to defend the country, so that can't be it. So what are all of those bullets for? Who does the Department of Homeland Security plan to be shooting at? ...

(Israeli spies scour Iran in nuclear hunt, The Sunday Times, March 25, 2012)Western sources told the Times Israel was monitoring radioactivity and magnitude of explosives tests and that special forces used Black Hawk helicopters to carry commandos disguised as members of the Iranian military and using Iranian military vehicles. OUR COLD CIVIL WAR
Post Date: 2012-03-27 18:18:32 by Capitalist Eric
On the heels of NDAA, ObamaCare, Stimulus, Son of Stimulus, Patriot Act, takeover of auto, energy, media and movie industries, and the relentless implementation of Agenda 21
the Obama regime running our country into the ground has issued an updated Executive Order which suggests the probability of impending MARTIAL LAW. We are left to scratch our heads and ask
Why now? The only possible answer is
America is in fact, right now, in the vicious throes of a Cold Civil War. Cold as in non-violent and Civil as in nationwide; an attempt to force a new government-controlled ideology upon an unwilling public. And the forces implementing this agenda are relentless. The ...
Pentagon Finds Perils for U.S. if Israel Were to Strike Iran
Post Date: 2012-03-19 16:59:53 by Brian S
WASHINGTON A classified war game held this month to assess the American militarys capabilities to respond to an Israeli attack on Iran forecast that the strike would lead to a wider regional war, which could draw in the United States and leave hundreds of Americans dead, according to American officials. The officials said the war game was not designed as a rehearsal for American military action and they emphasized that the exercises results were not the only possible outcome of a real-world conflict. But the game has raised fears among top American planners that it may be impossible to preclude American involvement in any escalating confrontation with Iran, the ...
Russian Anti-Terror Troops Arrive in Syria
Post Date: 2012-03-19 16:42:10 by Brian S
A Russian military unit has arrived in Syria, according to Russian news reports, a development that a United Nations Security Council source told ABC News was "a bomb" certain to have serious repercussions. Russia, one of President Bashar al-Assad's strongest allies despite international condemnation of the government's violent crackdown on the country's uprising, has repeatedly blocked the United Nations Security Council's attempts to halt the violence, accusing the U.S. and its allies of trying to start another war. Now the Russian Black Sea fleet's Iman tanker has arrived in the Syrian port of Tartus on the Mediterranean Sea with an anti-terror squad from ...
CFTC Pulls Public Comments from JP Morgan Whistle-blower: “We Are Fearful of a Cascading Credit Event; Wide-Scale Market Collapse”

One argument youll hear from the majority of Americans who refuse to wake up to the madness around them is that if there truly was an economic and financial cabal in cahoots with the government we would have heard about it. If this was actually happening, wouldnt there be insiders from the private and public sectors that would have alerted us to the conspiracies? And wouldnt the mainstream media report on it? And wouldnt the Justice Department vigorously pursue and prosecute those responsible for the fraud, theft and manipulation? It turns out that there are whistle-blowers - hundreds of them. But any attack on the establishment is met with either a full-on ...
Mossad: Tel Aviv Ruin After Iran Attacked; 'Devastating impact on ability to continue with our daily life'...
Post Date: 2012-03-11 22:26:59 by Brian S
(CBS News) Meir Dagan has been described as "hard-charging" and "stops at nothing." For more than eight years, Dagan made full use of those qualities as chief of Mossad, Israel's intelligence agency, where he focused on keeping Iran from developing a nuclear weapon. When that job ended, Dagan did something unheard of for an ex-Mossad chief: he spoke out publicly, voicing opposition to Israel launching preemptive airstrikes against Iran's nuclear facilities anytime soon. Dagan believes the Iranian regime is a rational one and even its president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad - who has called for Israel to be annihilated - acts in a somewhat rational way when it comes to ...

McCain: Time for U.S. air strikes in Syria (by John McCain)
Post Date: 2012-03-05 16:30:14 by Hondo68
U.S. Sen. John McCain released the following remarks regarding the situation in Syria, which he was to deliver on the floor of the Senate on Monday:After a year of bloodshed, the crisis in Syria has reached a decisive moment. It is estimated that more than 7,500 lives have been lost. The United Nations has declared that Syrian security forces are guilty of crimes against humanity, including the indiscriminate shelling of civilians, the execution of defectors, and the widespread torture of prisoners. Bashar Al-Assad is now doing to Homs what his father did to Hama. Aerial photographs procured by Human Rights Watch show a city that has been laid to waste by Assad's tanks and artillery. A ...
What Nasty Surprises Await Our Warmongers in the Gulf?

"... Unlike Iraq, which the warmonger neoconservatives told us would be a cakewalk easily conquered in six weeks Iran is unlikely to offer its American and Israeli antagonists easy opportunities..." Dr Lasha DarkmoonCourtthepeoplesvoesy: ice.org(LONDON) - The most important thing I've read these last few days is the excellent article 'Armageddon Approaches' by Dr Lasha Darkmoon http://www.theoccidentalobserver.net/2012/02/armageddon-approaches/ , a cautionary piece which points the reader towards some very scary background information. For example, according to Russ Winter of The Wall Street Examiner ...
Obama Faces Tense Meeting With Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu On Iran Policy
Post Date: 2012-02-27 19:36:14 by Murron
Obama Faces Tense Meeting With Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu On Iran Policy When President Obama sits down face-to-face with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu next week to discuss Iran, he will be staring down the greatest challenge on Israel hes faced during his presidency. It is the first time Obama has met Netanyahu since last spring, when the Israeli leader appeared to lecture the president on his countrys history in front of cameras at the White House. Whatever tensions exist could be exacerbated by the looming crisis that provides a backdrop for the election-year meeting. Israel believes time is running out for a military strike against Iran that would ...
Putin Slams US Quest for ‘Absolute Invulnerability’
Post Date: 2012-02-26 18:58:51 by Brian S
Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin charged Monday that the United States and NATO alliance acts increasingly without regard for long-established international norms and threatens global security. In a lengthy and strongly-worded article focusing on foreign policy issues published in the Russian daily Moskovskiye Novosti, Putin attacked US missile defense plans in Europe and accused NATO of establishing preemptory facts on the ground that subvert trust. I would not mention this topic if these games were not taking place right on Russias borders, if they had not undermined our security, if they did not work against stability in the world, Putin wrote. The ...
Iran Ready To Wipe Israel Off The Map
Post Date: 2012-02-25 12:46:50 by Brian S
As speculations over a possible strike on Iran's nuclear facilities grow, the Islamic Republic is exacerbating its rhetoric. Deputy Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi on Friday warned Israel against mounting such an attack: "Any act by the Zionist regime against Iran will bring about its destruction." Hezbollah, he added, "Is at the forefront of the fight against Israel and it is growing stronger by the day." Speaking at a ceremony honoring past Hezbollah commanders, Vahidi said that "Israel is weaker than it has ever been and its army is tired and humiliated
This is why it is trying to solve its problems by talking about taking action against Iran. But ...
5 Minutes To Self-Immolation Of The Israeli Empire
Post Date: 2012-02-24 14:16:45 by Brian S
Israel Shahak wrote a foreword to his translation of Oded Yinons 1982 paper for the World Zionist Organization which revealed Zions plans for America, Israel, the Mideast and the world. Wesley Clark was given a list of 7 Muslim nations 10 days after 911 that America was to invade. That 2001 hit list originated in Israel in 1982. The last nation on that list is Iran. Today I would hope to prove that if America attacks Iran for Israel, then the Israeli Empire will self-immolate and the America we knew will die. The words 5 Minutes in the title refers to the undeniable fact that it will take Iran 5 Minutes to sink the American Persian Gulf fleet, eviscerate the US Central Command ...
AIPAC Declares War
Post Date: 2012-02-24 13:32:32 by Brian S
The American people dont particularly want a new war in the Middle East, but apparently Congress and Washingtons most powerful lobby do. Thirty-two senators have co-sponsored a resolution that will constrain the White House from adopting any policy vis-à-vis Irans nuclear weapons capability that amounts to containment. The senators include the familiar figures of Joe Lieberman of Connecticut and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, both of whom have persistently called for military action. They and the other senators have presented their proposal in a particularly deceptive fashion, asserting that they are actually supporting the White House ...
Buchanan: What Happens in Iran and Syria is None of Our Business
Post Date: 2012-02-21 18:50:07 by Hondo68
On February 17, Patrick Buchanan wrote that it was the incessant clamor from the left that resulted in his removal as a political analyst from MSNBC. But as a recent interview with RT shows, it is not Buchanans supposed white supremacist ideology, as Color of Change ludicrously charged, that got him fired, but his common sense views on U.S. foreign policy, views that often intersect with the views of another pariah and thorn in the side of the establishment, Ron Paul. As the drums of war grow stronger, the establishment media, including a supposedly liberal establishment, are purging their ranks of critics like Buchanan. In a normal, non-Bizarro world, Ron Paul ...
Despite Tough Talk In Iran, Israeli Homefront Could Be Pummeled By Devastating Counterattack
Post Date: 2012-02-21 13:18:13 by Brian S
JERUSALEM (AP) Despite its confident saber-rattling, Israel's concern is growing that the country is vulnerable to a devastating counterstrike if it attacks Iran's nuclear program. An announcement this week that a mobile rocket-defense system will soon be built just outside Tel Aviv, where Israel's sprawling military headquarters sits smack in the middle of office towers, museums, night spots and hotels, caused some jitters. Israeli officials cite intelligence reports that Tel Aviv would be a main target of any attack. Increasingly, the debate in Israel is turning to whether a strike can do enough damage to the Iranian program to be worth the risks. Experts believe that ...
Former CIA Boss Says Iran Will Attack Statue of Liberty (+Jewish synagogues)
Post Date: 2012-02-20 23:03:00 by Hondo68
Former CIA boss James Woolsey told WABC Radio in New York that Iran will retaliate against the United States by taking out the Statue of Liberty. We will have a very serious problem from terrorism if we insist on Iran shutting down its nuclear program, but we have to do that. And so we have to get ready to deal with assaults on government facilities, on famous symbols of the country like the Statue of Liberty, or Jewish synagogues, there are a number of things Hezbollah could go after
and they probably will, Woolsey told Aaron Klein. Woolsey is a high ranking neocon and one of the original signers of the January 26, 1998, Project for the New American Century letter sent ...
Report: U.S. Officials Say Israel Would Need At Least 100 Planes To Strike Iran
Post Date: 2012-02-20 13:21:24 by Brian S
Israel will need to use at least 100 planes and fly more than 1,000 miles above unfriendly airspace should it decide to attack Iran, the New York Times reported on Monday, citing the assessment of U.S. defense officials close to the Pentagon. According to the report, American military analysts and defense officials believe that an Israeli strike on Iran's nuclear facilities would be a highly complex operation, and say that it would be very different from Israel's "surgical" strike on Iraq's Osirak reactor in 1981 and would also differ from the strike that Israel is believed to have carried out in Syria in 2007. "All the pundits who talk about Oh, yeah, ...
Lieberman Edges US to War with Iran
Post Date: 2012-02-19 18:27:09 by Brian S
Exclusive: American neocons have moved the United States closer to war with Iran via a subtle change in the red line phrasing, inserting the word capability after the usual threats to take out an Iranian nuclear weapon. Now, Sen. Joe Lieberman is making the shift official, reports Robert Parry. By Robert Parry Sen. Joe Lieberman is leading a group of nearly one-third of the U.S. Senate urging that the red line on war with Iran be shifted from building a nuclear weapon to the vague notion of Iran having the capability to build one. The neoconservative senator from Connecticut has introduced a Sense of the Senate resolution that ...
Iran, Russia Naval Presence In Syrian Ports Message To US: MP
Post Date: 2012-02-19 14:05:19 by Brian S
Feb 19 - A senior Iranian lawmaker says the presence of Iranian and Russian naval forces in Syrias coastal waters is a clear warning to the US to refrain from any possible military adventurism. The United States should take Iran's warning about [refraining from any possible] military intervention in Syria seriously, Hossein Ebrahimi, deputy chairman of Iran Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, said Sunday. He added that in the event of a US strategic mistake in Syria, Washington may receive a crushing response from Iran, Syria and a few other countries. On Sunday, January 8, a large Russian navy flotilla led by an aircraft carrier arrived at the ...
