Johns Hopkins University has issued an LGTBQ glossary in which it defines a lesbian as “a non-man attracted to non-men.” The glossary explains that “while past definitions refer to ‘lesbian’ as a woman who is . . . attracted to other women, this updated definition includes non-binary people who may also identify with the label.” A gay man, however, is still defined as “a man who is . . . attracted to other men, or who identifies as a member of the gay community.” Click for Full Text!

A federal judge in Florida on Tuesday partially blocked the state from enforcing its recent ban on people under 18 receiving gender-transitiong care such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy, allowing three transgender children to continue with their treatment while he hears a lawsuit challenging the law. The preliminary order, from U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle in Tallahassee, applies only to three transgender children in the lawsuit and their health care providers. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit heard appeals Tuesday of Connecticut girls who sued for being "consistently deprived of honors and opportunities to compete at elite levels" because of a state policy allowing boys who identify as girls to compete in girls' sports. The 2nd Circuit announced in February the full court would rehear the case after a three-judge panel of the court ruled against female athletes Selina Soule, Chelsea Mitchell, Alanna Smith, and Ashley Nicoletti in December of last year, saying they suffered no legal injury. Target and Kohl’s, two major children’s clothing retailers, have both made sizable donations to GLSEN, an LGBT activist group that promotes gender ideology and child gender transitions in schools. Recently I procured a copy of the blacklisted Walt Disney classic Song of the South (1946) through eBay, and the movie was everything I remembered and nothing like I was led to expect. What I remembered was being a thoroughly charmed and entertained six-year- old. That happened again at age 57 last week.
