Okay. I got two packages of cream cheese. I tried - unsuccessfully - to get sugar free chocolate graham cracker crumbs. So I got Voortman chocolate cookies instead. Got sugar substitutes - no problem there. What I'm gonna do is make a two-layer thing in a spring pan. Bottom layer crust will be mixed with softened butter. That gets lightly baked - till crunchy. On top of that will do half of the cream cheese mixture. This is where I need help.
