Kernell of felony destruction of records to hamper a federal investigation and misdemeanor unlawfully obtaining information from a protected computer. The jury acquitted Kernell, 22, of felony wire fraud. U.S. District Judge Thomas W. Phillips declared a mistrial on the fourth charge, felony identity theft, after the jurors said they were hopelessly deadlocked. I don’t want to hear how much you love or hate Barack Obama. He’s the President and that’s that. The reason I’m asking this question is because I’m graduating from college in four weeks. Had this been ten years ago, I would be more optimistic and less skeptical. I’m hoping I don’t end up with another menial job making minimum wage and that I’ll have to live reclusively somewhere in the hinterland because I can’t afford to live anywhere. In fact, I’m applying for grad school for some of these very reasons. How soon do you think the economy will recover?

Nearly two-thirds of Americans do not believe the $787 billion stimulus package the president passed last year has helped create jobs, according to a new Pew Research Poll. Sixty-two percent of those polled said the stimulus hasn’t contributed to job creation while 33 percent said the package has.
