By the time the storm exits New England on Wednesday night, as many as 50 million Americans may see heavy snows of at least 6 inches or dangerous ice accumulations of 1/4" or more from the massive storm, and 100 million will be affected by the storm. Federal Judge Roger Vinson of the Northern District of Florida Court ruled that Obamacare is unconstitutional and the entire law is void. Ronald Reagan appointed Vinson to the bench in 1983, a very fitting present to honor the 100th birthday of Reagan. By my count three Federal Judges have ruled against Obamacare while one has ruled for Obamacare. A Denver-area man has been sentenced to six years in federal prison for mailing threatening letters, some with white powder, to President Barack Obama, members of Congress from Colorado and Alabama, and Argentine consulates.
