A federal appeals court, on Thursday, refused to grant another hearing to the organization, a decision that stops the organization's fight against Texas' effort to ban state funding for Planned Parenthood affiliates. Greg Peterson, 37, was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound in his Heber City cabin just days after posting bond and being released from jail, according to the Salt Lake Tribune.
