The State Department has helped to relocate tens of thousands of refugees from the war-torn African nation of Somalia to Minnesota, where they can take advantage of some of Americas most generous welfare and charity programs. But the effort is having the unintended consequence of creating an enclave of immigrants with high unemployment that is both stressing the states safety net and creating a rich pool of potential recruiting targets for Islamist terror groups. In the fiscal year that ended in September, Minnesota welcomed 1,118 Somali refugees arriving directly from Africa, most of them without family ties to the state, according to State Department statistics. Overall, ...

In fact, alcohol was found to be the deadliest drug on an individual level, at least when it comes to the likelihood of a person dying due to consuming a lethal dose. Heroin and cocaine were the next most deadly substances, followed by tobacco, ecstasy, and meth. Trailing up the rear was marijuana. According to the team of international researchers behind the study, published in the journal Scientific Reports, the findings suggest that marijuana risks at least those related to mortality ...

"My goal is to tell as many police officers as I can that I love them, and I am thankful for all that they do for us," Savannah Solis told officers at a Bronx precinct. Watching TV at home in Tyler, Texas, she was moved to create some 200 cards for members of the New York Police Department after Officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos were shot in their patrol car Dec. 20. "She just couldn't understand how can someone do this to these officers that were risking their lives to protect the public," ...

As a result, D.C. police officers will begin carrying business card-sized summaries of the new rules, which were publicly explained Tuesday and will be part of a public education campaign. The law -- which was approved by voters last fall -- will permit possession of small amounts of marijuana by those ages 21 or older, with consumption allowed only in private homes and space. Guy stopped Martinez for the crime of pulling up the hood on his black hooded sweatshirt. Two former CBS reporters have strongly disputed Bill OReillys accounts of what happened one night when they covered a riot in Buenos Aires, but on The Factor tonight, OReilly brought on a former NBC News bureau chief who backed up his story. Don Browne was the NBC News Miami bureau chief at the time, and he oversaw the networks Falklands coverage. And Browne told OReilly his account was accurate. As opposed to some of the other accounts, which have to some extent downplayed the danger, Browne said the situation got progressively more intense and there were demonstrations in Buenos Aires every day. By Mike Adams, the Health RangerTruth is the greatest enemy of the state, and the purpose of the state-run media is to broadcast a sufficient quantity of lies to suffocate the truth and thereby protect state interests. As Nazi Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels once explained: If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the ...

As the founder of Americas largest abortion chain, Margaret Sangers ideology for Planned Parenthood was cemented in eugenics, the belief and practice that aims to eliminate certain groups of people. As a eugenicist, Sanger encouraged the sterilization of persons with less desirable qualities, and strongly encouraged the reproduction of groups with more desirable qualities. Sangers disdain for blacks, minority groups, and the diseased and disabled spawned the birth of an abortion corporation that profits off the killing of the weakest and most vulnerable. From its conception, Planned Parenthood was built upon the roots of exterminating individuals deemed unfit ...

If Obama Loves America, Why Did He Transform It? Post Date: 2015-02-23 17:52:26 by BobCeleste

"We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America," candidate Barack Hussein Obama said on Oct. 30, 2008, just before his election as our 44th president. Was it just rhetoric? Many no doubt thought it was, chalking it up to boilerplate election-eve hot air. But now are we seeing some would say tragically what he meant. Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani is being raked over the coals for saying he doesn't really believe the president loves America, and he probably didn't do himself or the Republican any favors by saying that. Democrats seem to be having a field day with his blunt remark. But can the case be made? If you ...

thats what Ohio schools are now telling students. Rather than informing them of their rights, schools are doubling down on police assumptions of power, and telling kids to shut their mouths and comply with more or less whatever police tell them
whether its legally required of them or not. Last week, each and every middle and high school student in Akron, Ohio, received glossy, two-sided card that purported to be the result of collaboration between an anti-violence youth group and the citys police department. The United States and Iran are working on a two-phase deal that clamps down on Tehran's nuclear program for at least a decade before providing it leeway over the remainder of the agreement to slowly ramp up activities that could be used to make weapons. Officials from some of the six-power talks with Iran said details still needed to be agreed on, with U.S. and Iranian negotiators meeting Monday for the third straight day ahead of an end-of-March deadline for a framework agreement. U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry joined the negotiations after arriving Sunday. A breakthrough was not expected before Kerry returns to Washington later Monday. Still, Western officials familiar with the ...

The film's director and screenwriter Alejandro Iñárritu also won in the directing and screenwriting categories, making "Birdman" the nights big winner. Two Mexicans in a row, thats suspicious I guess, Iñárritu joked, after the awards presenter and friend Sean Penn cracked: Who gave this son of a bi**h his green card?
