The two men shot videos with their phones at two shuls on Ocean Parkway starting about 4:15 p.m. and drove away in a car with an expired Delaware license plate, according to sources and surveillance video from one of the synagogues. The tape shows one man wearing a black jacket and blue jeans posing in front of Safra synagogue at Ocean Parkway and Ave. R while his bearded friend begins to tape him with his cellphone. Many people are living longer, but not to age 112 or beyond -- except in the records of the Social Security Administration. The SSA's inspector general has identified 6.5 million number-holders age 112 -- or older -- for whom no death date has been entered in the main electronic file, called Numident. The audit, dated March 4, 2015, concluded that SSA lacks the controls necessary to annote death information on the records of number-holders who exceed "maximum reasonable life expectancies." "We obtained Numident data that identified approximately 6.5 million numberholders born before June 16, 1901 who did not have a date of death on their record," the report ...

Mainstream media clamor for mandatory vaccines, ignoring official statistics that show the drug is more dangerous than the disease. Should government force parents to vaccinate their children? The deaths of more than 100 children have been officially linked to receiving a measles vaccine during the past decade, according to the federal governments Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). Yet the childhood measles mortality count over the same period remains at zero, according to data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Put another way, in the last 10 years an American child would have been highly more likely to die after receiving a measles shot ...

You may have thought hoped you could dodge the creepy real ID drivers license the feds have been pushing since the terrorists who hate us for our freedoms gave the feds the excuse they needed to take away our freedoms. Including, for instance the freedom to travel.Without permission, that is.Without being ear-tagged like a steer, with biometic identifiers unique to each individual, such as a digitized photo (for use with facial recognition technology) as well as a bar code/scannable strip that contains all your vitals such as Social Security number, date of birth, address and so on. Yesterday we covered the acid test of prospective candidates for 2016 in Iowa when it comes to ethanol subsidies and the Renewable Fuel Standard. At that time I promised that I would report back to you on how the 2016 hopefuls did in this admittedly daunting challenge to conservative politicians. Im sorry to say that, as the WSJ reported for us, the results were less than impressive in most cases. Lets start with the bad news. First up

Ferguson's Conspiracy Against Black Citizens How the city's leadership harassed and brutalized their way to multiple civil-rights violations Despite the uncertainty surrounding the killing of Michael Brown, many black residents of Ferguson, Missouri, immediately thought that he was the victim of a wrongful death at the hands of police officer Darren Wilson, who shot him after a scuffle. This week, the Department of Justice concluded that there is no evidence to disprove Officer Wilson's claim that he feared for his life during the encounter. And the federal agency also presented context that explains why so many black residents assumed foul play and took to the streets in ...

Students at the University of California, Irvine have voted to ban the American flag on part of the campus. Under a resolution passed Thursday, the student government council voted to remove all flags from a common area of the student government offices to make it a more "inclusive space." The resolution states that "the American flag has been flown in instances of colonialism and imperialism." It also says "flags not only serve as symbols of patriotism or weapons for nationalism, but also construct cultural mythologies and narratives that in turn charge nationalistic sentiments." The resolution passed by a 6-4 vote by the student legislative council, with ...

March 6, 2015 (ThePublicDiscourse.com) -- When running for the presidency in 2008, Barack Obama misled the voters about his true position on the question of same-sex marriage. This is not an accusation made by one of the presidents political enemies, but an admission made by one of his closest political advisors: David Axelrod. According to Time magazine, Axelrods new book about his career in politics reveals that candidate Obama really believed in same-sex marriage, but he publicly said that he opposed it because he feared the electoral consequences of his real convictions. In response to the mini-burst of commentary and indignation that this news has provoked, Axelrod has ...

The eight-member panel, which deliberated about seven hours over two days, also declined to award any damages to a passenger in the car, Matthew Colyer, who was wounded in the shooting. While the jury's verdict was a clear vindication for the officers, the case may be far from over. U.S. District Judge Edmond Chang, who has ripped city attorneys for not producing the dispatch recording before the trial, has given the go-ahead for a full investigation into how the rules breach occurred and whether any sanctions should be imposed. A federal jury Wednesday sided with two Chicago police officers in the 2011 fatal shooting of a motorist in spite of a dispatch recording that suddenly ...

It was especially terrible at Canarelli Middle School in southwest Las Vegas, the school Jamerson most recently attended, Bird said. At one point, ...

For the past year or so I have been smelling a big, fat rat from reading the news in Florida about a proposed government-subsidized commuter train called All Aboard Florida. Some zillionaires have been telling the public that they would like to build a train line from Miami to Orlando (home of Disney World) that will run 32 trains/day. Thats 32 trains per day passing through dozens of residential communities blowing their horns with a decibel level that is said to be the equivalent of a rock concert. The public has been very skeptical, and so have I. A financial analyst figured that to be profitable the All Aboard Florida train ticket from ...

By Ray McGovern The leniency shown former CIA Director (and retired General) David Petraeus by the Justice Department in sparing him prison time for the serious crimes that he has committed puts him in the same preferential, immune-from-incarceration category as those running the financial institutions of Wall Street, where, incidentally, ...

(Reuters) - A growing controversy over Democrat Hillary Clinton's use of personal email for work while she was U.S. secretary of state could drag on for months, threatening to cloud the expected launch of her 2016 presidential campaign. Clinton tried to cool the brewing firestorm late on Wednesday, saying she wanted the State Department to release the emails quickly. But a senior State Department official told Reuters on Thursday the task would take time. "The review is likely to take several months given the sheer volume of the document set," the official said. At the same time, the department is investigating whether Clinton violated policies intended to protect sensitive ...
