A Texas town has proven that there is a solution to out of control cops after it replaced the entire police department with private security officers and saw a remarkable drop in crime by 61%. Sharpstown, located southwest of Houston, decided in 2012 that regular public policing was proving wholly ineffective, and opted not to renew a contract with the constables office. Instead the towns civic leaders hired private security agents with the company SEAL Security Solutions, and devised a more effective policing strategy. Since weve been in there, an independent crime study that theyve had done [indicates] weve reduced the crime by 61% in just 20 ...

That is not sitting well for some in the homosexual community, who are now sending death threats to the state senator and his family. In an interview with TruthRevolt, Silk said that since he was quoted in The New York Times Thursday saying homosexuals dont have a right to be served in every single store, he has received hundreds of angry e-mails and phone calls ...

A former Justice Department attorney believes the Obama administration wants the federal government to take control of municipal police departments. J. Christian Adams was commenting about the recent report from Attorney General Eric Holder "Investigation of the Ferguson Police Department" which claims a host of civil rights violations in that Missouri city's law enforcement operations. Adams, speaking Tuesday morning on American Family Radio, said Holder is using the civil unrest of last summer in Ferguson to enforce a long sought-after agenda of federal control over policing. "For example, the Justice Department wants to impose federal mandates over ...
Cops Across the Country Being Disciplined, Not for Brutality, But for Not Writing Enough Tickets Post Date: 2015-03-11 10:31:41 by Deckard

As more and more officers across the country expose quota systems within their departments the mission of the American police officer is becoming quite clear; revenue generator. As there is no money in solving murders or preventing rapes, police departments in America have focused their duties on traffic citations and the drug war. Both of these venues are highly profitable for departments. City and state governments have become so addicted to these revenue streams that we are now seeing full-on military raids on people in fruitless attempts to find drugs and money. Along with the drug raids, we are seeing police officers forced to collect a certain amount of revenue through traffic ...

New York, NY New York City Council members introduced a bill this week that would reward people for snitching on neighbors who leave their car idling. The measure would require potential snitches to take a video of the idling car, complete with the license plate, to be used for evidence to generate a fine. The government would then cut the snitch in on up to 50% of the spoils earned from the fines. The bill would carry fines of up to $2,000 for repeat offenders, which is a relatively steep increase from the fines that are already on the books. This Wednesday, City Council members Helen Rosenthal (D-Manhattan) and Donovan Richards (D-Queens) will introduce the controversial new ...

Activist Post In yet another example of the growing trend of the process of acclimatization of the general public to an open military presence on American streets as well as greater cooperation between the US Military and civilian law enforcement, South Carolina was recently the scene of a statewide emergency preparedness drill that incorporated both of these aspects in a visible form. On March 7, 2015, the state-wide drill, entitled Operation Vigilant Guard, took place under the pretext of preparation for the inevitable destruction a hurricane would bring to South Carolina. According to reports in the local media, the drills were based on the premise of the landfall of a ...

We're not worthy: Georgia police dog "Tanja" is buried with full honors. A little less than a year ago, Michael Vickers shot and seriously wounded a 10-year-old boy in Broxton, Georgia under circumstances that remain unclear. The victim, Dakota Corbitt, suffered serious and potentially permanent injury to his leg.Despite the fact that this was an act of firearms-related violence involving a child, no charges were filed against Vickers. Although the public record is barren of a comment from Coffee County Sheriff Doyle Wooten expressing sympathy for Dakota and his mother, Amy, the sheriff pointedly commiserated with the shooter, telling a local NBC affiliate that Vickers is the ...

Dear Hillary, here are 6 things harder to carry than two BlackBerrys Post Date: 2015-03-10 22:55:03 by A K A Stone

Hillary Clinton said using a personal e-mail address was "more convenient" than carrying two phones. The photo evidence suggests otherwise. Today, Hillary Clinton came clean about e-mail-gate. Sort of. The former secretary of state told reporters that she decided to use a single, private e-mail account because at the time, her BlackBerry couldnt handle two different e-mail accounts. Carrying two phones, she said, would have been inconvenient. This is crazy. As The Fixs Chris Cillizza pointed out, lots and lots of people carry two devices. Its especially true in Washington, where wielding multiple phones is something of a status symbol. And ...
Hillary trainwreck: It was “inconvenient” to carry two devices for two e-mail accounts. Also, I destroyed tons of e-mails. Post Date: 2015-03-10 20:56:09 by A K A Stone

Believe it or not, America, todays newfangled gizmos are capable of accessing multiple e-mail accounts from the same device. You dont need separate iPhones for your Gmail and work mail. And even if you did, even if the State Departments security tech required a dedicated device for e-mail, what kind of goon would conclude that the inconvenience of carrying two devices (or having a lackey carry two devices for you) instead of one trumped protecting national security at the cabinet level? What kind of politician would admit that? Who would dare even attempt a convenience argument knowing that the public already knows she took the much more ...

But he is not, I think, allowed to do that. 1. First, racist speech is constitutionally protected, just as is expression of other contemptible ideas; and universities may not discipline students based on their speech. Hillary's E-Mails May Cost Taxpayers Millions Post Date: 2015-03-10 12:11:07 by redleghunter

The State Department is beginning to sort through more than 55,000 pages of e-mails from Hillary Clinton's tenure as secretary that she handed over late last year, sticking taxpayers with additional costs that could reach into the millions. Its an additional burden for her former department and another aspect of an e-mail fiasco her political opponents plan to highlight. Clinton's office sent the e-mails to the State Department last December, a portion of the total in her possession, after printing them out and stacking them in boxes. The department largely sat on them until last week, when news broke that she had used a "homebrew" server rather than her government ...

President Obama communicated with Hillary Rodham Clinton via email but didnt know the details of how his secretary of state was using a private, off-the-books email address, the White House said Monday. They did have the occasion to email one another.
He was not aware of the details of how that email address and how that server had been set up or how Secretary Clinton and her team were planning to comply with the Federal Records Act, White House press secretary Josh Earnest told reporters. The president did email with Secretary Clinton. I assume he recognized the email he was emailing back to. It was revealed last week that Mrs. Clinton did ...

The SSA's inspector general has identified 6.5 million number-holders age 112 - - or older -- for whom no death date has been entered in the main electronic file, called Numident. The audit, dated March 4, 2015, concluded that SSA lacks the controls necessary to annote death information on the records of number-holders who exceed "maximum reasonable life expectancies." "We obtained Numident data that identified approximately 6.5 million numberholders born before June 16, 1901 who did not have a date of death on their record," ...

The Supreme Court on Monday threw out an appeals court decision that went against the University of Notre Dame over its religious objection to the Obamacare health law's contraception requirement. The justices asked the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to reconsider its decision in favor of the Obama administration in light of the June 2014 Supreme Court ruling that allowed closely held corporations to seek exemptions from the provision. Notre Dame is among dozens of religious organizations that have challenged a compromise in the Affordable Care Act offered by the Obama administration to faith-based groups. The compromise attempts to create a buffer for faith-based groups that ...

... Based on the best advice and counsel we have gotten, were working on the assumption that these [executive actions] will persist, Goss says. Most indications we seem to get are that its likely that this will get back on track, with some delay. Goss notes that a law, additional regulation, or another executive action by Obama or a future president could alter the way SSA calculates and administers OASDI benefits, but says that he does not expect the courts order will ultimately succeed in changing anything. The Social Security Administration appears to be the latest Obama administration agency to ignore the federal judges injunction, moving ...

"A subpoena, which Trey Gowdy issued, is so that in fact it will be a crime if she knowingly withholds documents pursuant to subpoena," Issa said. The former House Oversight Committee chairman issued three subpoenas related to the 2012 Benghazi attacks, he said, acknowledging the House Select Committee on Benghazi last week subpoenaed ...
