WASHINGTON — The State Department says portions of 275 emails released Thursday from Hillary Clinton's time as secretary of state have been newly classified. The Democratic presidential candidate has said she didn't send or receive classified information through her personal email, which was run off a private server in her New York home. In all, the State Department says 1,274 of Clinton's emails were retroactively classified since the department started reviewing them for release.
