Panama City Beach, FL In the ostensible land of the Free, cops claim the legal authority to extort money from you, or even kidnap you for a slew of activities which have no victim. Window Tint, smoking a plant in you own home, not wearing your seatbelt, walking across the street, sagging your pants, and even juggling can and will get you extorted, kidnapped, caged, or even killed. Now, as a recent case in Florida illustrates, we can add building a sand castle to that long list of victimless crimes. Bryant Rylee and his family were at the beach last week building an awesome sand castle when they were confronted by police. The officer, who was ...

Liberal activist and huckster attorney Gloria Allred is under investigation by the State Bar of California for an undisclosed act of misconduct. Couldnt happen to a more deserving ambulance chaser. Youll recall, during the 2016 election, Allred played a key role in the fake Trump Assault Victims story when she paraded out a bad actress, weeping about her twenty-year-old pretend assault. Weird how after President Trump won, we never heard another peep from those poor victimized ladies, huh? Id like to see a Where Are They Now? special on CNN. From Washington Examiner The State Bar of California is ...

Until now I have pretty much stayed on the sidelines of politics. But I need to change that because in my books I urge all Christians to get involved in politics. So I figure it is high time I got involved in politics because the last time I got actively involved was when I campaigned for Reagan. Anyhow, the news today is that Trump tweeted about the Freedom Caucus, "we must defeat them and the dems." I did a little research and read they are a group of Libertarians and far-right conservatives and most of them are from Texas. And actually I am good friends with one of them (Dr. Ron Paul). But ironically, his son who leads the Freedom Caucus, I really don't like much. And ...

President Trump reached a new low on FiveThirtyEights job-approval tracker this week, when his approval rating hit 41.3 percent. Its a low for Trump, but how good or bad is a 41 percent approval rating two months into a presidents tenure in historical terms? To help put Trumps ratings in perspective, weve added a new section to our tracker: Charts for each of the previous 12 presidents, showing approval, disapproval and net approval ratings compared with Trumps at the same point in their presidencies. Weve included every president back to Harry Truman the first commander in chief for whom we have approval polls starting near the beginning ...

Las Vegas, NV Kenya and Henry Brian Rodriguez were playing video games and watching TV with their two friends Jordhy Leal and David Madueno when all of the sudden cops rushed into their home, held them all at gunpoint, killed the family dog, and unlawfully arrested them and their father. After going to the wrong home, murdering the family dog, and kidnapping and terrorizing innocent children, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department still maintains that they did everything by the book. Now, because of Americas cruel system of justice, the officers responsible were never held accountable and it is the taxpayers who are taking responsibility. On ...

For planned obsolescence to work, youve got to keep the conveyor belt rolling. And most of all, prevent anyone from getting off. It is a problem if people cling to their old cars instead of regularly trading them in ideally, to be crushed for new ones hopefully, heavily financed. But how to get rid of the old cars when people decline to get rid of them voluntarily?Democratic politicians in Oregon have just the thing. It is House Bill 2877 and if it becomes law it will impose heavy taxes on cars 20 years old or more to the tune of $1,000 payable every five years, in perpetuity unless the owner obtains Antique Vehicle ...
Rep Massie lays out a plan for successful health care reform Post Date: 2017-03-30 00:54:40 by Hondo68

Congressman Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) joined Dana Loesch on Dana tonight to discuss health care reform: past, present, and what the future may bring. Massie criticized the different elements in last weeks Republican health care bill: This bill is three bills inside of one: it was a repeal bill, it was a replace bill, and it was a Medicaid reform bill, Massie said, suggesting that if they would split the bills apart and hold separate votes, that a repeal bill and a Medicaid reform bill could pass, leaving only a replacement bill to be ironed out. They went on to discuss the dismal poll numbers for the health care bill, only ...

Today I went Albertsons supermarket to buy items for a dinner party I was was having. I picked 6 Maine lobsters, 6 large Porterhouse steaks, 4 lb of jumbo shrimp, and 4 lb of sea scallops. I selected a number of great bakery items, including 2 large gourmet cheesecakes. I selected several bottles of fine wine. All the staff were friendly and helpful. However, all that changed when i when to checkout and tried to pay with my EBT card. The cashier had a scowl on his face and told me I was a moron to try and pay for booze with an EBT card. I explained to him intelligently that wine isn't booze. It is a nutritious beverage that has been shown to have health benefits. He then called me an ...

When the Nevada Athletic Commission slammed UFC fighter Nick Diaz with a $165,000 fine and whopping five-year suspension for testing positive for cannabis in a 2015 drug test, it seemed the benign but too oft-maligned plant had won no friends in the field of professional fighting. Less than two full years later, however, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency appears to have changed its tune drastically especially considering draconian federal marijuana prohibition has yet to be lifted. UFC Middleweight Champion Michael Bisping called attention to the apparent shift in policy while discussing cannabis use among athletes in particular, Nate and Nick Diaz. Since ...

Trump signaled support for measure during campaign Representative Jason Chaffetz, a Republican from Utah and chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee (Bloomberg) A House panel on Tuesday approved legislation that would let a government watchdog audit the Federal Reserves monetary policy decisions, a move bitterly opposed by the central bank. The House Committee on oversight and government reform passed the measure by voice vote after roughly 30 minutes of debate. The bill was the brainchild of Ron Paul, the former House Republican and libertarian presidential candidate and sharp critic of the U.S. monetary policy. Versions of the bill have twice passed the ...

The next thing I know, I was down on the ground. Antrim County, MI Failing to use a blinker for a u-turn has ended with a stay in the hospital for an 83-year-old business owner in Antrim County. Bar owner, Larry Sevenski found out the hard way that police in America can and will escalate violence when it is entirely unnecessary even against the elderly. Last week, Sevenski got a call from customers informing him that state troopers were parked outside of his pub, Larrys Seven-Ski Inn. So, this business owner of 50 years decided to go talk to the police. He had no idea that this decision would end up with charges and a stay in the hospital. ...

The headlines are awash with the recent tensions with North Korea, and most are focused intently upon this act of the play that has been running hot for several years, now. Akin to the proverbial frog in cold water, however, we are not paying as much attention to the surveillance state that is continuing to wrap its tentacles around us. Eurasia is our ally, Eastasia is our enemy
and nobody notices that the chocolate ration has been diminished. While everyone focuses on what is reported in the headline news, everybody misses what is happening right before their eyes. Point of Sale is the new jail, the ubiquitous surveillance system that records your every purchase and ...

Did the Government Spy on Trump? Of Course. It Spies on All of Us! Post Date: 2017-03-28 07:02:23 by Deckard

There was high drama last week when Rep. Devin Nunes announced at the White House that he had seen evidence that the communications of the Donald Trump campaign people, and perhaps even Trump himself, had been incidentally collected by the US government. If true, this means that someone authorized the monitoring of Trump campaign communications using Section 702 of the FISA Act. Could it have been then-President Obama? We dont know. Could it have been other political enemies looking for something to harm the Trump campaign or presidency? It is possible. There is much we do not yet know about what happened and there is probably quite a bit we will never know. But we do know ...

It's hard to make a deal on a policy deal when you don't care about the policy. Molly Reilly/SIPA/NewscomThe House bill to partially repeal and replace Obamacare is officially dead. The American Health Care Act (AHCA), which was scheduled for a vote this afternoon, has been pulled from consideration. The move means that GOP's years-long quest to repeal and replace the health care law has failed. For the foreseeable future, at least, Obamacare will stay on the books. President Trump stumped for the bill aggressively over the last several weeks, and White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said today that the president "left everything on the field when it comes to this ...
