(Angry Patriot) The ambush on Baton Rouge Police last July has not been forgotten by the police, their families, or the rest of us patriots. Now, Black Lives Matter is going to remember it too. One of the police officers wounded in this ambush has filed a lawsuit against five Black Lives Matters leaders. His attorneys filed the lawsuit on Friday and named BLM leaders, DeRay Mckesson and Johnetta Netta Elzie as plaintiffs (via The Advocate). Newark, NJ A court case was decided this month by an appellate court in New Jersey which affirmed that citizens are allowed to defend themselves against police brutality. The courts decision involves the case of Darnell Reed, 33, who was beaten to a bloody pulp by officers during an arrest in 2013 in which he faced multiple charges. A jury found him not guilty on seven of the eight charges, with the only guilty charge being that of resisting arrest. However, the appellate court ruled last week that Reed was denied a fair trial in that instance, as the jury had not been instructed to consider whether or not Reed had that right to defend himself against ...

Yesterday the National Rifle Association broke its recent silence on the shooting of Philando Castile, a Minnesota carry permit holder who was killed during a traffic stop last summer by a cop who panicked when Castile reached for the wallet containing his driver's license. "I think it's absolutely awful," NRA spokeswoman Dana Loesch said during a debate on CNN. "It's a terrible tragedy that could have been avoided." Referring to last month's acquittal of Jeronimo Yanez, the officer who was charged with second-degree manslaughter after shooting Castile, Loesch added: I don't agree with every single decision that comes out from courtrooms of America. ...
Military Judge Gives Bowe Bergdahl A Lot Of Bad News Post Date: 2017-07-10 20:23:52 by Tooconservative

I missed this in the tumult of the past week but good news is always welcome. When Army Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl was released by the Taliban in 2014 he was feted by the Obama administration despite ample evidence that he was actually a deserter. His parent were guests at a Rose Garden ceremony with Obama, himself. Habitual and reflexive liar Susan Rice took to the Sunday shows to reprise her bravura performance after Benghazi, in this case she told a lie so monstrous that even CNNs Jim Acosta, who never saw an Obama-related knob shoe he couldnt polish, was shocked: RICE: I realize there has been a lot of discussion and controversy around this. What I was referring to is the fact ...

Chicago police are keeping busy confiscating illegal guns. Last year through the summer, the confiscations were occurring at a rate of one every 59 minutes according to Chicago Police Department figures related by Mark Berman in an October 2016 Washington Post article. This summer, the Chicago police will have some assistance from the United States government in racking up impressive gun confiscation numbers. Following through on a plan that began its development during the Obama administration, the Trump administration and Chicago Police Department announced last week the sending of the Chicago Crime Gun Strike Force, involving an additional 20 Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, ...

The unmarked vehicles arrived in the morning. More than 20 armed agents poured out. Hours later, Miis Bridal & Tuxedo was out of business after serving customers for decades. Its entire inventory of wedding gowns and dresses as well as sewing machines and other equipment were sold at auction. The hastily-called sale held inside the store netted the IRS about $17,000 not enough to cover the roughly $31,400 in tax debt alleged, court records show. The balance is now likely unrecoverable. Miis, a small Garland business owned by an elderly immigrant couple from Thailand, was never accused in court of violating any federal laws. The owners, Tony Thangsongcharoen, 68, ...

In the article, Adam Kraut, Esq. breaks down some new guidance released last Friday by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) regarding the sorts of actions that require certain businesses to receive ITAR registration. The implications of this guidance could be far reaching and are expected to hit several small-time gunsmiths the hardest. According to DDTC, anyone meeting the following requirements should expect to apply for ITAR registration, even if business activities are limited to domestic sales/services (bold added by Prince Law): ...

(Angry Patriot) It has recently come to light that a Muslim Somali native is going to run for city council. This man has some shady ties, so it makes the councils future hang ominously in the distance. The name of the man in question is Abshir Omar, and he wants to be on the city council in De Moines, Iowa, according to The Des Moines Register. It only gets worse from here. Besides being a Muslim, Omar is also a self-proclaimed Democratic Socialist. Omar originally came to the United States in 2012 and attended college here. He believes at this point, hes fit to be on the council for the city he lives in, but some disturbing trends suggest otherwise. ...

As the state of Illinois edges near becoming the first U.S. state to ever be rated junk bond status, the Democrat-controlled legislature of the bankrupt state of Illinois has just voted to slam its citizens with a hefty 32 percent hike in state income taxes. After a series of delays, as a legislature obviously embarrassed by its own actions dithered, the State House finally approved of the Senates override of the governors veto with a 71-42 vote, burdening the state with a massive income tax hike. It was a vote that saw ten of the states Republican contingent abandon Republican values and join the Democrats in approval. Thursdays vote permanently increases the ...

New Orleans, LA For over a decade, agents with a New Orleans-based DEA task force sold drugs, intimidated informants and stole cash on the job with total impunity. According to the Advocate, Chad Scott, the former leader of the task force has been fired in the midst of the investigation. It was reported that Scott and some of the officers working under him had a massive operation selling painkillers and that they would sometimes sell other drugs that they managed to steal from dealers during raids. There were a series of complaints that went back years. This is a guy who probably shouldnt have been allowed to run his own task force, an anonymous law enforcement ...

They hate the US government, and they're multiplying: the terrifying rise of 'sovereign citizens' On 20 May 2010, a police officer pulled over a white Ohio minivan on Interstate 40, near West Memphis, Arkansas. Unbeknown to officer Bill Evans, the occupants of the car, Jerry Kane Jr, and his teenage son, Joseph Kane, were self-described sovereign citizens: members of a growing domestic extremist movement whose adherents reject the authority of federal, state and local law. Kane, who traveled the country giving instructional seminars on debt evasion, had been posing as a pastor. Religious literature was laid out conspicuously for anyone who might peer into the van, ...

Tax collectors in Florida are now publicly announcing the values of being armed when demanding money from citizens. The only problem is that the state bans open carry for civilians that the tax collectors are stealing money from. If youre leery about government intervention in your life, and you know that taxation is theft, this article will probably strike a nerve. However, on the other hand, if you revile and worship the government which steals from you and creates edicts you must follow under threats of violence using your stolen money, youll love what they are doing down in the Sunshine state. A Central Florida tax collector says a new policy will allow his employees ...

You may remember that last March, the TSA threatened passengers with a more comprehensive physical screening which will be more thorough and may involve an officer making more intimate contact than before. So thorough, in fact, that the agency is warning local police departments that they may see an uptick in reports related to these up close and personal examinations. As usual in the TSAs warped world, it was punishing passengers for the failures of its thugs and perverts: The change [was] partly a result of the agencys study of a 2015 report that criticized aspects of TSA screening procedures. Shooting at Robert Lavoy Finicum and Lying About It is Business as Usual for the Feds Post Date: 2017-07-07 08:04:20 by Deckard

Last week saw the indictment of FBI Special Agent W. Joseph Astarita for lying about shots he'd fired during the January 26, 2016 killing of Robert Lavoy Finicum. The Oregonian noted that the prosecution of FBI agents for their official conduct is almost unheard of. The unusual charges were "devastating" to the FBI, commented Danny Coulson, a former head of the bureau's Oregon office. Well, maybe the indictment is so devastating because federal agents are rarely punished for brutal and dishonest behavior. Interestingly, Coulson created and led the FBI's Hostage Rescue Teamthe elite force to which Astarita belongsduring the bloody 1992 Ruby Ridge fiasco. He ...

How FDR's Racism Gave Democrats the Black Vote Post Date: 2017-07-07 07:38:06 by A K A Stone

The Democratic Party is the party of racism. However, leftists argue that during the 20th century, racist Democrats either magically renounced their ways or became Republicans. This shift is attributed partially to Franklin Delano Roosevelt, but as Dinesh DSouza reveals in Hillarys America: The Secret History of the Democratic Party, FDR enabled racism. The most glaringly obvious example of this is FDRs appointment of James Byrnes and Hugo Black to the Supreme Court. James Byrnes, a South Carolinian and the only man to serve in all three branches of government, likely wouldve been a Klansmen were it not his ties to Catholicism. Hugo Black was a Klansmen who admitted ...
ANTIFA And The Oath Keepers: Cowardly Allies In The War Against Free Speech Post Date: 2017-07-06 19:31:29 by Gatlin

Near the beginning of the Ron Paul revolution, few activist organizations seemed as promising as the Oath Keepers. Founded by former Ron Paul staffer Stewart Rhodes, this organization aimed to wake up military and law enforcement to the Paulian message of peace, prosperity and liberty. The groups work would theoretically increase the odds that the police and military would be on the side of We the People in the unfortunate case of civil unrest. The organization got off on the right foot, but eventually went off the rails. A startling recent example of the Oath Keepers losing focus of their mission comes from a patriotic rally in Houston, TX. On Jun. 10, the Oath Keepers used ...

I admit it, I grew up pretty sheltered. Sure, I got into a little trouble as a kid, but nothing major. Once in grammar school, while fulfilling my responsibilities as bathroom monitor, I remember the principal catching me swinging like a monkey on the commode stall door frame. I had to stay after school for that one. But to my credit, all you had to do was tell me once, and Id fall in line. I was no rebel. My sister, older by three years, was the one always getting in the real trouble. Whatever she did to get herself in a bind, I wanted no part of. And so except for a few scrapes along the way, Ive kept my plate pretty clean, staying out of trouble. I always had a safe home and ...
