A new Rasmussen poll finds that the tea party movement's popularity is growing, so much so that it garners more support than the Republican party on a generic Congressional ballot. The poll hints that the burgeoning discontent among conservatives within the GOP threatens to splinter the party at a time when the popularity of President Obama and the Democratic-controlled Congress are waning as we head into an election year. Sitting here watching CSpan and this Gene Taylor guy is on. He is a democrat and he told his town hall people that he will not be voting for the health care bill. He says there are some things that need to be done this year though. He wants to get rid of the anti trust exemption that the insurance companies currently exploit. He also says he voted against the medicaid prescription drug benefit. He wants to repeal a provision in that law that forbids the government from getting the best deal on drugs. Need to know more about this guy but he seems like a genuine guy.

Redbox has filed an antitrust lawsuit against Warner Home Video over their recent decision to deny kiosk operators access to new releases until four weeks after they go on sale to the public. Redbox already has cases pending against Fox and Universal over the same issue.
