The 9.9 Percent Is the New American Aristocracy Post Date: 2018-05-17 01:32:10 by Tooconservative

1.The Aristocracy Is Dead
For about a week every year in my childhood, I was a member of one of Americas fading aristocracies. Sometimes around Christmas, more often on the Fourth of July, my family would take up residence at one of my grandparents country clubs in Chicago, Palm Beach, or Asheville, North Carolina. The breakfast buffets were magnificent, and Grandfather was a jovial host, always ready with a familiar story, rarely missing an opportunity for gentle instruction on proper club etiquette. At the age of 11 or 12, I gathered from him, between his puffs of cigar smoke, that we owed our weeks of plenty to Great-Grandfather, Colonel Robert W. Stewart, a Rough ...
Cultural Appropriation is Becoming the New Segregation, SJWs Turning Into What they Hate Post Date: 2018-05-16 09:47:02 by Deckard

Unless youve been under a rock for the past couple of weeks, you have likely seen the chaos and controversy swarming the internet and mainstream media having to do with cultural appropriation. To be clear, there is indeed a negative aspect of cultural appropriation whereas a dominate culture will use a bastardized characteristiceither willingly or unwillinglyof a marginalized culture, to push messages of misinformation, prejudice, and stereotypes. An extreme example of this would be blackface shows in the 1800s in which theatrical makeup was used predominantly by non-black performers to represent caricatures of black people. A less extreme form of ...
Laws Always Mean Guns to the Face Post Date: 2018-05-15 10:29:46 by Deckard

One of the very first red pills a person swallows on the journey toward becoming a voluntaryist is the idea that every law is guaranteed by an act of violence. In our day and age, that means a gun to the face. In days past, it meant a sword, a club, or a fist. Thus begins the critical analysis of every type of government law that is proposed, passed, and enforced. It often proceeds as follows: laws regulating the use of private property are summarily dismissed as obvious violations of liberty; laws regulating the use of ones body are likewise summarily dismissed as obvious violations liberty; laws requiring fees for permission to do things or fines for doing the wrong thing are next; ...
The Donald’s Done – The Deep State Wins Its War On America First Post Date: 2018-05-14 10:27:25 by Deckard

The Donalds action to ash-can the Iranian nuclear deal marks the War Partys complete and baleful triumph. There is now nothing much left of America First. Trumps reckless, unwarranted and utterly irrational action will pull Washington ever deeper into an incendiary middle eastern vortex of political and religious conflict that has absolutely nothing to do with the safety and security of the America people. To the contrary, picking a fight with Tehran is an exercise in unprovoked Imperial aggression. The Iranian regime has no means to attack America militarily and has never threatened to do so. Nor has it invaded any other country in the region where it was not invited by a ...
Donald Trump’s Neocon Conversion was Predictable Post Date: 2018-05-14 09:28:00 by Deckard

During the election, I wrote a little ebook titled Donald Trumps War on Islam. In addition to pointing out Trumps pandering to Islamophobia, I wrote about his association with a number of neocons, including Frank Gaffney and John Bolton, who is now his national security adviser. I think John Boltons a good man, Trump told the Hugh Hewitt Show. I watched him yesterday, actually, and he was very good in defending me in some of my views, and very, very strong. And Ive always liked John Bolton. Well, we are thinking about it, Hugh [nominating Bolton as secretary of state]. I will say that. We are thinking about it. I mean, the negative ...
Rulers, ‘Foolers,’ and Shooters: They’re Closing the Cage in Plain Sight Post Date: 2018-05-11 20:26:09 by Deckard

A picture that has been around awhile depicts Homo sapiens society at its finest
as it truly is. There are four tiers, so to speak, with the politicians, royalty, and rulers occupying the uppermost level, followed by the clergymen and religious swamis on tier two, and then the gendarmes/police/soldiers on tier three. The bottom tier is occupied by the people, supporting the other three tiers upon their back. The caption is We rule you [Leaders], we fool you [Religious Heads], we shoot you [the Enforcer class]. These tiers are to be found in every nation, among every people and tongue. It is not a new concept: these three levels of nabobs have ...
Reuters/Ipsos: Pay no attention to this flawed, outlier poll from… Reuters/Ipsos Post Date: 2018-05-07 08:46:56 by Tooconservative

The time-honored sport of political poll watching has grown a bit stale over the past year, particularly when it comes to the President. Trumps numbers have consistently zigged and zagged back and forth from alarmingly low (in the mid 30s) to better, but still worrisome (low to mid 40s). Trying to read the tea leaves and determine which headline, early morning tweet or leak from Muellers office caused the latest shift has, at least for some of us, simply grown tiresome. But the latest Reuters/Ipsos poll came with a surprise which made it noteworthy. Its not so much the shock value of the numbers they produced (Trump is up near 50 all of a sudden), but their introduction ...
A Quick Thought On America’s Useless Trillion Dollar Military Industrial Complex Post Date: 2018-05-04 20:34:13 by Deckard

America is a country drowning in debt, slowly but surely, and the United States trillion dollar (annually) military-industrial complex, as Eisenhower put it more than half a century ago, is part of our national disaster. Before going all MAGA on me, just answer this question: when was the last time the US military defended the homeland? The answer is pretty simple if you know your history: in 1945. The sad truth is that the United States has worlds largest (and best funded) army, yet realistically speaking, it has no (military) enemies. No nation on Earth even comes close to having the capabilities of invading the US, and no desire to do so, or at least thats how I view ...

Recent actions and statements indicate that the Trump administration is serious about ramping up the federal governments war on drugs. Earlier this year, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced a new directive granting US regional attorneys greater authority to crack down on marijuana growers and dealers even in states with laws making such practices legal. Sessions memo reversed the Obama-eras much more hands-off approach. More recently, Trump himself declared his desire to implement the death penalty for drug traffickers, saying These are terrible people, and we have to get tough on those people
and that toughness includes the death penalty. ...
Let’s Be Honest: Paul Ryan Would Fire Jesus as House Chaplain Post Date: 2018-05-02 11:09:33 by Deckard

As a scholar of the life and teachings of Jesus, I am frustrated when I hear some Christian politicians hijack and, in fact, mutilate his teachings. A recent example involves House Speaker Paul Ryans firing of the House chaplain, Father Patrick Conroy, which apparently occurred, in part, because Conroy had the audacity to pray for the fair treatment of the poor during the tax debate last fall. Although the speakers office denied that the chaplainthe second Catholic to serve in that position and the first chaplain to be fired midtermwas forced to resign because of a specific prayer, Conroy reports that he received complaints from the speakers office ...
7 Forces Driving America Toward Civil War Post Date: 2018-04-25 10:41:23 by Tooconservative

I was interviewed by a mainstream media reporter yesterday. I thought he wanted to talk tech issues, but we actually spent almost the entire conversation discussing the feeling that many conservatives have that America has gone off the tracks and is headed toward dissolution or alternately, a civil war one day. Obviously, this would be a terrible thing and ironically, twenty years ago, it would have been laughable. Today, the joke isnt so funny because we are a deeply unhealthy society with a dysfunctional government and for all our money, success and storied history, we seem to be on an increasingly dangerous trajectory. 1) A Post-Constitutional Era: Liberals dont believe ...

If anyone makes any kind of criticism of any of their policies, they just openly accuse that person of racism to try and end the discussion. "O Some vote Republican because it's the party of patriotism and real Americans. " Well, considering that the Left is known for openly hating America and portraying it as an evil racist redneck nation, that's not surprising. Heck, Obama hated America so much that one of his first presidential actions was his infamous "Apology ...

Well I want you guys to know that I write about a lot of stuff besides the Bible. After 33 years of research I have finally solved the crime of the century (at least in my neck of the woods). Although I am 99.9 % certain that I know who the psycho who committed the Calder Road Murders is, I can't actually say "It was" and have instead substituted "Was it" for now. But feel free to read that anyway you want to. Before publishing this, let me add that at one time I, being her boyfriend, was the prime suspect, and was even # 1 on Houston's Most Wanted. Without further ado, here is my answer to the League City police arresting me and Crime Stoppers and ABC putting ...
Want To Stop Mass Killings? Start Punishing Those Who Failed To Stop Them Post Date: 2018-04-12 12:39:28 by Deckard

While Parkland has kicked the gun control debate up into high gear, it wasnt the guns fault. We all know this. We also know that there were countless failures along the way that permitted a 19-year-old with a history of being troubled to purchase a firearm and shoot up his former school. As Glenn Reynolds (better known to some as Instapundit) notes, if we want to be serious about stopping mass shootings, law enforcement failures need to start being punished [shooters names redacted]. Law enforcement keeps failing, and people keep dying. Where are the consequences? Where is the accountability?Despite receiving a warning directly from the Russian government, the ...

An alleged new chemical incident in Syria reminds of a similar series of events we saw last year. We are told to believe that each time the U.S. pulls back from the war on Syria the Syrian government is responding with a chemical attack that pulls the U.S. back in. From Moon of Alabama article: Syria Timelines Of Gas Attacks Follow A Similar Scheme If youre genuinely against U.S. wars for profit, power and empire the current moment represents our best opportunity to push back aggressively and launch a real grassroots anti-war movement. The entrenched forces wholl stop at nothing to get their war with Iran and Russia ...

I have an Apple 5S. I have had it probably 4 or 5 years(not really sure how long). I also bought an Ipad soon after. They were pretty good until last summer when I got "that" update and they have become energy hogs. They will not accept some programs or devices. I have lost my Bluetooth to my Ipad. I have a slip on battery backup for my phone because I use it soo much. I never make throw the day and sometimes I have to charge it up 3 times to make it. With the slip on battery I can just push a button and its start charging my phone(really would like one for my Ipad too) instead of leaving it in my truck or office which I tend to forget. Well just installed another update last ...

New cars have many features old cars never had LCD touchscreens and WiFi, for instance. But new cars are missing some things, too. Maybe you remember and wonder why?Bumpers that could take a bump Until about the early-mid 1990s, most cars still had external bumpers designed to be . . . bumped. They were made of steel and so didnt easily tear, like todays plastic bumper covers do leading to very expensive repairs, usually involving the replacement of the torn bumper cover and then repainting it. So, why? Environmental regs made chrome-plating steel bumpers expensive so they were replaced with cheap plastic bumper covers painted body ...
Will Stephon Clark’s Killing by Police Finally Force Open California Misconduct Investigations? Post Date: 2018-03-31 13:37:37 by Deckard

Stephon Clark was shot eight times in the back and side by the Sacramento police officers who chased him into his own backyard, according to a private autopsy ordered by his family and released today. This information will most certainly complicate the claims made by the police. When the officers shot Clark on March 18 while investigating a 911 call about vehicle break-ins, it was because he "turned and advanced towards the officers while holding an object which was extended in front of him," the police have said. After the shooting, the police discovered that Clark, 22, did not have a gun or any weapon. He was holding a cellphone. The autopsy report released today questions ...
20 Questions You’re Not Supposed to Ask in 2018 America Post Date: 2018-03-31 11:38:01 by Tooconservative

As politics has become more tribal and geared toward demonization instead of debate, its amazing how many important questions dont seem to be asked any more. Instead of discussing issues rationally, people are stuck in little boxes based on where they fall on an issue. Whatever happened to actually assuming that there are two potentially legitimate sides to a debate and hashing them out based upon which one makes more sense? Of course, to do that, youve got to get beyond political correctness to ask the basic questions -- questions that are deemed racist, sexist, fascistic, etc., etc., as part of an effort to shut down necessary conversations. At the end of the day, if ...
Yes, white ‘privilege’ is still the problem Post Date: 2018-03-30 13:13:35 by misterwhite

People are uncomfortable with the term privileged. Several readers took offense recently when I differentiated between privileged youths and underprivileged youths in a column about the March for Our Lives. Categorizing and generalizing of this type are just veiled forms of discrimination and/or racism, one man wrote. Id like to take this opportunity to set the record straight. If you are a white person in America, you were born privileged. Thats just a fact. Its nothing to be ashamed of. Its not anybodys fault. Theres no need to get defensive about it. The best thing to do is just acknowledge it. Being privileged does not ...
On the Horrors of Masculinity and Maleness Post Date: 2018-03-29 09:41:53 by Deckard

Yesterday, my husband and I drove along a road in the cold dampness and pouring rain, and while I was driving, he saw a 50-ish gentleman, working for the local power company, up in a bucket working on the lines. Our conversation, given our penchant for making fun of cultural Marxist bylaws, was predictable. Hubby: What a sh***y day to be up there in a bucket in this cold, crappy rain, working on high-voltage lines. Me: But thats white male privilege, right there. I find this kind of toxic masculinity to be so appalling. Meanwhile, the uninformed, hate-filled, brush-cut Lesbian Marxist with the Cuban flag on her tattered Army jacket, who rails against heterosexual, white men peacefully ...

Guest post via Chateau Heartiste George Washington slept here is a pretty common plaque found at or near historical sites throughout colonial America. As his legend grew, American households which hosted the Great Man for the night were proud to publicly say so, even if his presence in their humble abodes was apocryphal. Likewise, hot sluts who hosted todays Great Man President Donald Trump in their vaginas are proud to publicly say so, and will go to any lengths to be allowed to preen that their vajeen was a canteen for Trumps alpha cream. How many hsmv women has Trump pumped? Trump apparently boffed the entire back catalog of Playboy centerfolds. ...

These form the core lingua franca of the dialogue here, but much more important, they serve as a convenient shorthand for conveying certain concepts easily and efficiently without the need to go into a long explanation. Ideally, they will become anti-authoritarian/pro-liberty memes.Help spread the word!* Clover The root cause of every affront to liberty. The spoonful of shit that ruins a gallon of ice cream. Did Putin Order the Salisbury Hit? Post Date: 2018-03-20 11:01:19 by A K A Stone

Britain has yet to identify the assassin who tried to murder the double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter, Yulia, in Salisbury, England. But Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson knows who ordered the hit. "We think it overwhelmingly likely that it was (Russian President Vladimir Putin's) decision to direct the use of a nerve agent on the streets of the U.K." "Unforgivable," says Putin spokesman Dmitry Peskov of the charge, which also defies "common sense." On Sunday, Putin echoed Peskov: "It is just sheer nonsense, complete rubbish, to think that anyone in Russia could do anything like that in the run-up to the presidential election and the World ...

This was sent to me by a friend who spent 40 years under Communist rule - I agree with every word below - we are in a Civil War and it was declared by the left who continue to "resist" everything President Trump does and will not accept his legitimate election. That's what the whole fake Russian collusion non-issue and the Mueller probe by lawyers friendly to the Clintons aided by a politically motivated FBI and intel community is all about e.g. trying to find something impeachable (which is not there) so the left just pays people to make stuff up and cover for the real deep state criminals like Obama, Comey, the Clintons, Lynch, Holder and a host of others.
