Slowwitted US Agency Responds to Governor Palin’s Assault Post Date: 2009-08-19 19:21:00 by A K A Stone

With all do respect, Governor Palins point is rather simple: Why are we investing in and contracting with more foreign corporations & countries to provide energy for the US? The real reason is Øbama is the worst type of hypocrite which makes him dangerous and very anti-American. On-the-one-hand, he thinks he is attempting to appease the crazy environmentalists while supplying the US with more of its energy needs. 1st, with out a doubt the Brazilians will do more harm to the environment than any US corporation. 2nd, states like CA, ND, AK and others have large untapped oil reserves and with the CAs & US deficit crisis we are investing in Brazil and Brazilian ...

Now that Obama has been flat ass busted for not knowing what the fuck hes talking about half the damn time, the only thing left for him to do is just sit there and toss out little rumor mills. Hmm, lets see. What would be a good one
Oh yeah, the White House email lists and the flagged emails, i.e., censorship. Thats a good story. Thatll keep everyone busy for a week or two. Very good distraction from, um, what were we talking about in the first place before the
recovery package and the
cash for clunkers, and the
this and the that and so on and so forth down memory lane, except I honestly dont know know either how we got ...
Quite A Few Sites Going Down; LibertysFlame Went Down Twice; What's Up? Post Date: 2009-08-01 00:12:28 by Murron

It could be nothing but software/hardware problems, but there are quite a few forums going down. I'm on the net off and on between household chores and even LibertysFlame went down ...twice, but came back up after a few minutes! I noticed FU down, LibertyPost down, and several other's but I forgot their names. I don't believe anyone is messing with the forums, but it sure is strange all these forums going down about the same time....

Tomorrow Pope Benedict XVI and President Barack Obama meet for the first time, an affair much anticipated and in some circles frowned upon by American Catholics in the wake of Obama's controversial Notre Dame commencement speech in May. Conservatives in the church denounced Obama's appearance as a nod by the premier Catholic university to a conciliatory politics that heralds the start of a slippery moral slope. In truth, though, Obama's pragmatic approach to divisive policy (his notion that we should acknowledge the good faith underlying opposing viewpoints) and his social-justice agenda reflect the views of American Catholic laity much more closely than those vocal bishops and ...
Pentagon Rebrands Protest as "Low-Level Terrorism" Post Date: 2009-06-20 10:09:27 by A K A Stone

You have to hand it to Pentagon securocrats and their corporate cronies, they never miss an opportunity to demonize, vilify or otherwise slander domestic political dissent as "terrorism." The American Civil Liberties Union reported June 10 that "Anti-terrorism training materials currently being used by the Department of Defense (DoD) teach its personnel that free expression in the form of public protests should be regarded as 'low level terrorism'." According to the civil liberties' watchdog: "Among the multiple-choice questions included in its Level 1 Antiterrorism Awareness training course, the DoD asks the following: 'Which of the following is ...
American capitalism gone with a whimper Post Date: 2009-05-30 08:47:08 by A K A Stone

It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the American decent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple, excuse me dear reader, I meant people. True, the situation has been well prepared on and off for the past century, especially the past twenty years. The initial testing grounds was conducted upon our Holy Russia and a bloody test it was. But we Russians would not just roll over and give up our freedoms and our souls, no matter how much money Wall Street poured into the fists of the Marxists. Those lessons were taken and used to properly prepare the American populace for the surrender of their freedoms and ...

Tim Geithner is toying with the idea of a single global currency, and the words I told you so are beginning to ring rather hollow. The bottom line for me is that this crap is over. America created this stupid derivatives system, which is nothing more than a casino. There were millions, billions, and trillions of dollars floating around, and people were playing games with all that funny money, and the rest of us just sit around and marvel at it all and wonder how in the hell they did all that. The straw that broke the camels back is when the people finally woke up one-by-one and figured out how marvelously the corporate mainstream media was selling all this to you. Oh ...

Poster comment: This may sound alarmist and I think some of it is, but much of it has merit, however. Especially the part about Uncle Sam sticking his red, white and blue nose in your ass over energy usage. There are several ways for a grid to be "smart" 1) Through construction, minimizing transmission loss. As the electrical grid itself acts as a resistive load. Depending on what you're transporting and where, estimates of loss I saw run as high as 9% 2) You CAN modulate the grid and transfer information over it. (Which would probably work best like the dallas semi's one wire technology, but I digress.) (PS: Or you can just use a cell type, radio link like onstar. ...

Im just an average kind of individual. I grew up in a really small town in the backwaters of the South, and mind you, I capitalize the word South because it is its own country. Yes, Im an American original. I grew up around black folks all my life. They werent any different than anybody else. They talked like me, thought like me, worked like me, argued, fussed, and fought like me. The only thing is I chose to get out and see the world and compare it to my experience just to see if I was crazy or not. Well, it turns out that I am just about as crazy as everyone else is now. Suddenly my experience around black people has become the stuff of fascination in ...
TIME MAGAZINE: New World Order Post Date: 2009-02-08 08:54:56 by A K A Stone

In recent weeks, the world has been politely standing by and watching how things play out with the fiscal stimulus and latest bank-bailout plans in Washington. Yes, there's been some grumbling overseas about "buy American" provisions in the stimulus bill, but for the most part, officials elsewhere don't want to step on the toes of a new President to whom they are favorably disposed. They also don't want to endanger legislation that they hope will help jump-start the global economy. Just wait a couple of months, though. Politicians from Beijing to Berlin to Brasília see the current crisis as the product of a messed-up global financial infrastructure dominated by ...

By their actions ye shall know them. By now we are seeing an ominous pattern of actions by the O administration. We know that President Obama is a very slick liar indeed, but then so was Bill Clinton. But Clinton had a smaller majority in Congress, and was forced to compromise after the Gingrich Congress was elected in 1994. It is still possible that Obama may turn toward the mainstream. But the early omens look dark. Foreign and military affairs There is a reason why Israel s voters are suddenly turning to the center-Right Netanyahu and Likud. They fear that for the first time since Harry Truman, an American administration is turning against the Jewish State. Obama s first phone call ...
Why Bipartisanship is Unethical Post Date: 2009-01-28 17:17:27 by A K A Stone

Depending on the circumstances, "bipartisanship" is almost always a sign of either (A) political weakness or (B) moral turpitude. In either case, bipartisanship is almost never ethical.[i] In this article I will demonstrate why. To make this explanation as simple as possible, let's assume that we have a unicameral legislative body composed of 100 members. In this first example demonstrating that bipartisanship is an indication of (A) political weakness, let us further assume that the legislative body is composed of 45 conservatives, 10 moderates and 45 liberals. (This ratio is roughly similar to the conservative/liberal representation in the House and the Senate when ...
Cornyn's outrageous confirmation demand: The GOP senator defies legal ethics by demanding that the attorney general nominee vow to not pursue any torture prosecutions. Post Date: 2009-01-28 12:34:19 by A K A Stone

ARepublican senator is trying to muscle Atty. Gen.-designate Eric H. Holder Jr. into promising not to conduct "witch hunts"-- code language for criminal prosecutions -- of intelligence operatives who engaged in torture during the Bush administration. It's an outrageous demand, and it would be unethical for Holder to accede to it. Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas), who insisted on a delay in a committee vote on Holder's nomination, wants Holder to say "what his intentions are toward our intelligence personnel who were operating in good faith based on their understanding of what the law was." Cornyn was reacting to Holder's entirely appropriate description of ...

I have been hammered with the propaganda that it is the Iraq war and the war on terror that is bankrupting us. I now find that to be RIDICULOUS. I hope the following 14 reasons are forwarded over and over again until they are read so many times that the reader gets sick of reading them. I also have included the URL's for verification of all the following facts. 1. $11 Billion to $22 billion is spent on welfare to illegal aliens each year by state governments. Farrakhan Says Obama 'New Beginning' Post Date: 2008-11-10 07:20:38 by A K A Stone

After months of silence about his support for Barack Obama, Nation of Islam Minister Louis Farrakhan said in an address Sunday the new president-elect has a God-given capacity to handle any burdens he'll face as the nation's leader. Farrakhan added that Obama will only be able to make positive changes with help from "God and people of good will," and he urged the Chicago-based movement's followers to do their part. "President-elect Obama has energized all segments of the depressed, downtrodden, rejected and despised," he said in a 90-minute speech at Mosque Maryam on the city's South Side. "Now it is up to us to take the new energy that he has ...

If John McCain wins Colorado according to my analysis he will have 276 to Obamas 262 Electoral Votes. If Obama wins the state it will be Obama 271 Electoral votes to John McCains 267 votes.
"I Will Follow Him": Obama As My Personal Jesus Post Date: 2008-10-18 00:31:07 by A K A Stone

Obama is my homeboy. And I'm not saying that because he's black - I'm saying that in reference to those Urban Outfitters t-shirts from a couple years ago that said, "Jesus is my homeboy." Yes, I just said it. Obama is my Jesus. While you may be overtly religious and find this to be idol-worshipping, or may be overtly politically correct and just know that everything in that sentence could be found offensive, I'm afraid it's true anyway. As with many spiritual enlightenments, mine came in the middle of a bleak, hopeless period of my life. The innocent, idealistic world of politics that had shaped my childhood, the one that taught me how the president is a good ...

Is Early Voting In Ohio Constitutional? Post Date: 2008-10-08 23:18:41 by A K A Stone

This election year 2008 there seems to be a new phenonmen here in Ohio. It is called early voting. It allows people to register and vote on the same day. The Obama campaign is pushing this early voting. I see internet and hear radio ads calling for us to register and vote on the same day. Is this early voting constitutional, do we have a constitution anymore? For the constitution in Article II which pertains to the executive branch says in clause 4 "Clause 4: The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States. " So an unbiassed and true reading of the ...

America, while you slept, your country was stolen from you. Your country was absconded by all the political misfits and corporate criminals that the disenfranchised former Republicans and Democrats have been trying to warn you about during the last several years. Laws, originating out of New Deal legislation, written in response to the Great Depression, provided some measure of prrotection for the American financial system from the unsavory forces which led to its initial demise in 1929. In 2008, corporate greed, governmental corruption and a populace who is asleep at the wheel, has succeeded in achieving what historians will someday label the Greatest Depression of 2009. ...

Have you ever noticed, on web-sites that were once popular, they have maybe three, four member left among them, then all of sudden, some really far out people show up? These new members post, and the older members, hell, they don't even welcome them, they just post back, like that persons been a long standing poster? It's pathetically sad when a web-sites long standing members, the few who are left anyway, resort to creating new members out of thin air, and talk to themselves as if that new member were real....think about it~ Anyway, I had a few extra moments this evening after a friend pointed this out, I saw it for myself...and still can't stop laughing!
