A grisly escalator accident at a shopping mall in Jingzhou, China, resulted in the death of a woman who used her last few seconds to save her two-year-old son. A former Army Ranger who fears he fired the fatal round that killed NFL star Pat Tillman in Afghanistan has spoken out. Steven Elliott, 34, told the story of the moment Tillman was killed by friendly fire on April 22, 2004 when his regiment was ambushed. Elliott and other Rangers fired shots because they believed 27-year-old Tillman, who gave up a $3.6million football contract to serve his country in the aftermath of 9/11, was a Taliban insurgent.
