The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on Monday that a law banning the recording of persons who do not explicitly consent to their voices being captured is unconstitutional, as it violates the First Amendment. James O’Keefe of O’Keefe Media Group (OMG) announced the decision online, noting that this follows his filing of a lawsuit in Portland, Oregon about three years ago. In PVA v. If adopted, it would require that electric vehicles (E.V.s) make up 60 percent of all new vehicles sold by 2030—and 67 percent by 2032. It was a significant escalation from the Biden administration's previous goal of 50 percent E.V.s by 2030. The nation's "Big Three" automakers—Ford, General Motors, and Stellantis — agreed to the latter goal when it was first floated in August 2021.
