Trump argues First Amendment protects him from ‘insurrection’ cases aimed at keeping him off ballot
Post Date: 2023-09-26 21:08:10 by Charles_Byrd
Attorneys for former President Donald Trump argue that an attempt to bar him from the 2024 ballot under a rarely used insurrection clause of the Constitution should be dismissed as a violation of his freedom of speech. The lawyers made the argument in a filing posted Monday by a Colorado court in one of the most significant of a series of challenges to Trumps candidacy under the Civil War-era clause in the 14th Amendment. The challenges rest on Trumps attempts to overturn his 2020 loss to Democrat Joe Biden and his role leading up to the violent Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol. Click for Full Text!

Why Are Vaccine Injured Patients Silenced?
Post Date: 2023-09-26 03:03:12 by Charles_Byrd
One of the cruelest things about being injured by a pharmaceutical is the degree to which doctors will deny the idea that the injury happened (as acknowledging it requires them to accept the shortcomings of the medical model theyve invested their lives into). This denial is known as medical gaslighting and it is often so powerful that friends and family members of the patient will adopt the reality asserted by those doctors and likewise gaslight the injured patient. Ive lost count of how many times Ive seen this tragedy transpire in my immediate circle and one of my missions here has been to bring awareness to medical gaslighting and explain why it always happens (i.e., it ...
Nipah Virus, Biological Warfare Phase 2, or a Big Hypnotic Convincer?
Post Date: 2023-09-26 03:01:05 by Charles_Byrd
It appears that there are lockdowns, masks, testing, contract tracing, and so on in southern India, according to this rightfully critical report from Redacted News, due to the Nipah virus. In short, it looks like the sequel to C19. Nipah has a reported death rate to 40-75%. The virus itself has only been observed in the wild in Asia. It is a zoonotic virus that comes from animals. It would seem that a so called virus with such a high death rate has very little if any chance of spreading widely. Although, it appears that the propaganda has been prepped for over a year, as this doctor testifying to the senate does a good job at inducing fear about the Nipah virus and gain of function ...
47 studies confirm ineffectiveness of masks for COVID and 32 more confirm their negative health effects
Post Date: 2023-09-26 02:56:46 by Charles_Byrd
Prior to facemask mandates as an alleged preventive for Covid infection and transmission, such masks were infrequently worn in hospitals and other medical facilities. They were only used in operating theatres or for visiting seriously ill patients in order to prevent infection from spit or droplets into open wounds or to partially protect visitors from acquiring and transmitting pathogens more dangerous than Covid. Many doctors and nurses have told LifeSite that for decades, if not longer, staff wearing medical masks were an uncommon sight in health care facilities other than as mentioned. Click for Full Text!
A War of Attrition
Post Date: 2023-09-26 02:52:35 by Charles_Byrd
Writing in the Spectator diary, Lady Antonia Fraser, widow of Harold Pinter, recounts how then vice president Lyndon Johnson stipulated at a Jamaican party that he would dance as long as no words were exchanged. Toward the end of her dance with Lyndon, Antonia noted how well Lady Bird looked, and LBJ simply walked off the dance floor. A later occupant of the White House, Jimmy Carter, was not as discourteous as the Texan but in somewhat similar circumstances left the poor little Greek boy standing alone surrounded by Secret Service heavies. It took place at a grand New York dinner party given in Carters honor by a real estate lady, and I was seated with Norman Mailer, who was busy ...

Biden shouldn't be ridiculed. He should be pitied
Post Date: 2023-09-26 02:43:49 by Charles_Byrd
Ahead of the latest UN General Assembly meeting in New York City, where US President Joe Biden gave a speech, the X (formerly Twitter) account of Republicans against Trump invited users to remember the time the world literally laughed at Donald Trump five years ago. Representatives from around the world erupted in laughter as the president gloated about his administration, which he said had accomplished more than any other in history which he didnt intend as a punchline. When we see a behavior or listen to arguments or notions that seem so far-fetched, unreasonable, or insane, there is [an] almost natural reaction of laughing, one diplomat told BuzzFeed News at the ...
Approaching the Bond Yield Event Horizon

I get asked for my opinions on whats happening by members of the press pretty regularly. They dont always make it into print, nor do i respond to them all. Its a tough business so I dont ascribe any malice to it. Some stories simply get stale. I was asked about two topics the other day the potential government shut downs effect on Ukraine aid and the FOMC meeting. I wrote up my comments and sent them off. While they didnt make it into print these two issues are inextricably linked in ways beyond the obvious, money. So, Im not leaving them on the cutting room floor. Click for Full Text!

Wake up, Uncle Sam: Is the US military ready to take on Russia and China?
Post Date: 2023-09-26 01:38:42 by Charles_Byrd
The failure of Ukraines much-hyped counteroffensive which began in June of this year and has stuttered for over three months has by now become a universally recognized fact. It has been acknowledged not only by Russian officials, including President Vladimir Putin, but also by Western media and experts. However, the summer campaign has made the world reconsider not only the capabilities of Kiev's armed forces, but also the power of the country's main sponsor the United States, when it comes to waging a large-scale war with a modern enemy. Unexpected news? Not really. Various analytical reports have repeatedly stated that the US, despite a mind boggling ...
