Trump Tells Mercedes to Take A Hike, Wants to Ban German Auto Imports!
Post Date: 2018-05-31 17:17:24 by Tooconservative
Donald Trump is no stranger to hyperbole, or the bellicose and boisterous showmanship of a New York City salesman after all, he is the CEO in Chief but even his most ardent supporters may be scratching their heads today. Trump has been unapologetically proud of being an American, as are many of us here in the greatest nation to ever have existed. The problem lies in the lefts willingness to distort this pride as some sort of xenophobic disaster waiting to happen in which Trump becomes literally Hitler an allegation so predictable that it boggles the mind as to how it could exist at all. Its a sad reality, in fact, that the left ...

The auto sector has been an important focus of the talks. Chinas Ministry of Finance said in a statement that the reduction of tariffs was an important measure in further opening up the Chinese economy. Make China great again? We must find a way to save Chinese jobs at ZTE, says Trump
Post Date: 2018-05-14 12:14:45 by Tooconservative
Theres a strategy here, I think, but hoo boy is it weird watching President MAGA tweet about the importance of saving Chinese jobs. Especially when those jobs are at a telecom company which has been accused repeatedly of acting as a surveillance arm of the Chinese government. Members of Congress have been calling ZTE a national security threat since the end of Obamas first term. The Pentagon has banned military bases from selling the companys phones and U.S. intel honchos publicly warned American citizens against using them a few months ago. Now heres Trump, the great protectionist, a man who was threatening China with $100 billion in new tariffs five weeks ago, ...

Post Date: 2018-04-30 06:23:23 by Deckard
Free Thought Project by John Vibes There has always been some suspicion that pharmaceutical companies would rather keep people sick and on drugs than cure them in one shot and lose the ability to create return customers. Although the massive motive here is easy to see, with the industry bringing in over $453 billion in the United States alone in 2017, many people have a hard time considering that these companies dont have their customers best interest at heart. The idea that these companies would want to keep us sick is dismissed by many as a conspiracy theory, but lets not forget that these companies and their high-level investors ...

Buffett Makes Fools of the Experts
Post Date: 2018-02-28 09:43:27 by Tooconservative
In 2007, Warren Buffett took a $1 million bet on an investment. He won. In his annual letter to Berkshire-Hathaway investors, made public on Saturday, he detailed the wagers final tallies. Here was Buffetts original bet: Over a ten-year period commencing on January 1, 2008, and ending on December 31, 2017, the S&P 500 will outperform a portfolio of funds of hedge funds, when performance is measured on a basis net of fees, costs and expenses. He wagered, in other words, that if he placed his money in a fund that simply tracks the 500 largest stocks in the United States, he would come out ahead of someone who places the same amount of money with any combination ...

Post Date: 2018-02-27 21:04:29 by Tooconservative

That article only saw the light of day after a number of reporters and editors threatened to quit if it were spiked. It came after two top editors were fired and a raid based on an investigation by the Manhattan District Attorney. Today, the Daily Beast reports the struggling magazine is unable to pay its rent and may face eviction. Guardian Life Insurance, the sub-landlord for the companys downtown Manhattan office, informed International Business Times Inc. in late November that it owed several hundred thousand dollars representing unpaid, ...

Now imagine that this happens every minute of every day for the next three years. At the end of the three years, you owe back more than $6 trillion. So you borrow $6 trillion to pay back ...

Lies, Lies & OMG More Lies By Jim Quinn The Burning Platform February 6, 2018 There are three types of lies lies, damn lies, and statistics. Benjamin Disraeli Every month the government apparatchiks at the Bureau of Lies and Scams (BLS) dutifully announces inflation is still running below 2%. Janet Yellen then gives a speech where she notes her concern inflation is too low and she needs to keep interest rates near zero to save humanity from the scourge of too low inflation. I dont know how I could survive without 2% inflation reducing my purchasing power. This week they reported year over year inflation of 1.9%. Just right to keep Janet from raising ...
Bitcoin price falls below $6,000 as banker signals crackdown
Post Date: 2018-02-06 07:58:17 by Gatlin
The price of bitcoin fell below $6,000 (£4,300) for the first time this year as a leading central banker said it posed a threat to financial stability and signalled a global clampdown on the cryptocurrency. The new head of the Bank for International Settlements, Augustine Carstens, said bitcoin had become a combination of a bubble, a Ponzi scheme and an environmental disaster that threatened to undermine public trust in central banks. If authorities do not act pre-emptively, cryptocurrencies could become more interconnected with the main financial system and become a threat to financial stability, he said, speaking at Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany. ...
