June 15 (Bloomberg) -- Matthew Simmons, founder of the Ocean Energy Institute, talks with Bloomberg's Lori Rothman about BP Plc's oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico and his view that the use of a "small-bore nuclear device" is now the "only option" to stop the flow of oil. (Source: Bloomberg)
A local Conservative radio talk show host, nuclear weapons designer at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, professor of electrical engineering at UC Berkeley, and the guy responsible for figuring out how to put out the well fires and then cap the oil wells left by Saddam in Kuwait, says no.
