Nielsen, in deflecting Harris' nasty harangue, managed to reassert unapologetically that DACA will no longer be humored, criminal Invaders WILL be aggressively prosecuted/deported AND also to Kamala Harris' dismay, Constitutional Law will be enforced. Not so long ago when Kamala was the State Attorney General here, she had fascist Cal DOJ SWAT teams confiscating guns from those on her black-list. It also became much more difficult to buy guns and ammo. One of her schemes was to neither approve nor deny NICS checks, but to yield a result of undecided. So the FFL's would decline to deliver the guns that they'd sold, once the "cooling off period" was over. End result, no gun but a refund minus the NICS fee which Kamala babyface kept. Now she's ignoring the law in favor of illegal aliens whom are NOT protected under the US Constitution. After seeing her in action here, I'm not in the least surprised. Ok, seriously... On WHAT basis do you find Roy Moore subverting the law to nearly the degree as either Harris OR Blumenthal? If anything he's been UPHOLDING constitutional law. Unless we allow the ACLU and SPLC to define "constitutional."
