"Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness" is a well-known phrase in the United States Declaration of Independence.

Question to Ron Paul: Are you suggesting that heroin [is] an exercise of liberty?

Answer from Ron Paul: Yes, in essence ...

Ron Paul is someone who thinks it's ok if your kids are on heroin.
He's a doper.
Pretty much the most idiotic post I've ever seen on this site.
You need to stop acting like a drama queen and quit habitually responding to situations in such a melodramatic way....start being reasonable. Your outburst and over reaction makes your post rank among the most idiotic.
If you had added "he wants to see heroin vending machines in elementary schools" as you are most likely thinking, you would have hit the Trifecta of stupidity.
That is a truly idiotic false supposition. Your use of this false supposition here gives a bad rap to common sense rational analysis. The methodology you used is completely over the top to the utmost extreme and backfires because it works against any point you may have wanted to make. But then, you didn’t make a point, did you? No, all you did was to rant while making a sarcastic remark.

Ron Paul said he wants everyone to have ready access to heroin. That point is indisputable. So, if everyone does have access to heroin, then kids also have ready access to heroin.

Stone is absolutely correct in the broadest sense and Ron Paul does think it’s okay if you kids have access to heroin. If the kids have access to heroin, they can more easily be on heroin than not.

For years, teens have been saying that it is even easier to get drugs than it is to get alcohol. If we are to do as Ron Paul says, and make all drugs legal and readily available....the teens and kids will have far EASIER access to drugs, right? Of course it is.

The only people who listen to Ron Paul are the sanctimonious characters farthest removed from the ordinary....they are Paultard extremists. Ron Paul’s libertarianism and federalism policies are the absolute Gospel to the busy-body Paultards who have become cultists and strongly work to impose their vision on the rest of the country.

While the Paultards listen to Ron Paul....I do not have to and never will I listen to any degenerate Paultard try to tell me what is right and what is wrong....as they are consistently wrong.

So you are wrong to condemn the statement by Stone. Because, by Ron Paul’s open drug society with drugs readily available to everyone....it is completely logical and easy to conclude: “Ron Paul is someone who thinks it's ok if your kids are on heroin.”

As always, you only bring, maybe, 10% of his background to the forum, tater. You rarely show even a good thing to post. As always, there is no reason to debate or argue with you as your background is in potatoe peeling; although a practical pursuit when need be, we got rid of manual potatoe peelers decades ago and replaced these "professional" idiots with machinery that is infinitely more effective and efficient.

More to the point, all these federal drug laws are just "feel good" do-nothing BS that proves how ineffective Congress has been over the years.

A much better calling is for the old "has been - did nothing" Ron Paul just to shut the fuck up and go away.

Despite your demands, Ron Paul still exists on national news coverage. So go away and whimper.

That is a far fetched s-t-r-e-t-c-h of even the remoteist idea I have ever seen, Stone.

"Americans" don't worry about America. They worry about the world; they put tax dollars all-around-the-world into efforts such as as wars in Afghanistan that should have never happened. Even then, America allowed the poppy fields to flourish as never before in history creating the most robust heroin trade markets the world has ever seen.

You need to get your thinking right. Perhaps today is a good day to perform that thought provoking deed ... go to church.

Naw. These are just comments on a chit-chat channel.

One of Trump's greatest achievements is demonstrating how useless the federal government is all about concerning investigations/inquiries. For over a year the federal government has pursued a "Russian-Trump connection" and not one piece of information has occurred other than how useless this mass media is as well as the government informants in all the power positions.

Actually the one year results today show a tally: it is a test of how great Trump really is and how meaningless the federal government investigation really is.

Yes, he does appear quite profusely on national news coverage. However, Ron Paul’s appearances on national news are an absolute waste of time and effort for everyone since all he can do is defecate from his mouth. He has accomplished absolutely nothing of significance. All he does is use up some good oxygen since he is still breathing.

Let me prove that...

Google Ron Paul and here is what you find under the “News” subject:

That’s the first two pages.

Read through that listing and then show me ONE accomplish by Ron Paul....besides signing the Shire Society Declaration, of course.

Now, I have proudly pointed out for everyone to see that Ron Paul’s accomplishments reported on the news match the number of bills he was able to get passed in the House....both stand at ONE.

There were plenty of overdose deaths back then. There were a few towns in my area that still had a reputation for having been full of addicts back in the day. My parents told me about them. Not just Coke drinkers but Bayer heroin, laudanum, etc. All of it outlawed around the time of WW I. But my grandparents could recall it.

Beer stocks are really flailing. Their future prospects look poor to me. Their market is too crowded, the craft beers are hanging around, legal pot is taking a big bite out of them, and the millenials have a marked preference for wine over beer and for pot generally. I think we've had an article or two about lower demand for beer here at LF in the last year or so.
