WASHINGTON — President Trump has decided to remove Anthony Scaramucci from his position as communications director, three people close to the decision said Monday, relieving him just days after Mr. Scaramucci unloaded a crude verbal tirade against other senior members of the president’s senior staff.

Mr. Scaramucci’s abrupt removal came just 10 days after the wealthy New York financier was brought on to the West Wing staff, a move that convulsed an already chaotic White House and led to the departures of Sean Spicer, the former press secretary, and Reince Priebus, the president’s first chief of staff.

The decision to remove Mr. Scaramucci, who had boasted about reporting directly to the president, not the chief of staff, John F. Kelly, came at Mr. Kelly’s request, the people said. Mr. Kelly made clear to members of the White House staff at a meeting Monday morning that he is in charge.

It was not clear whether Mr. Scaramucci will remain employed at the White House in another position or will leave altogether.

Even for an asshole New Yorker, Mooch seemed awfully arrogant considering he was just a spokeshole flack for politicians.

Good riddance to another amateurish, unserious clown.

While he he had already stepped into the public eye, Scaramucci’s official start date was set for Aug. 15, meaning his tenure has ended literally before if officially began.

Mooch was never WH communications director, he was fired before he started.

So Mooch's wife divorces him when she is 8.5 months pregnant, citing him working for Trump as the reason. Mooch flew out to Ohio with Trump and missed his son's birth. Mooch chases Reince out. Then Kelly fires Mooch.

Man, that's cold. Apparently, Mooch is still trying to hold on to some job at the Ex-Im Bank or something.

Not to mention that Spicey quit when Mooch first started.

Spicer isn't gone until August 15th or so.

It is possible he could stay now. Not likely but possible.

I guess it depends on Kelly.

I'd bet against Spicer at this point because he is rather easily confused and flustered. That incident where the media caught him hiding in the bushes at the WH was pretty embarrassing stuff.

Or something. Maybe he'll just sit around and count the $100 million he just made from the sale of SkyBridge.

He'll be just fine without golddigger wife #2.

Spicer quit, didn't he? If you watched The Apprentice, Trump does not like quitters. Hates them, actually.

The Mooch gets the Axe

I thought he'd last two weeks. Trump has a terrible time getting and keeping good people. It's an amateur operation with a dim witted huckster in charge.

I have to admit that I had been expecting high entertainment value from the Mooch.

So firing him is far less fun that watching him running amok at the White House.

Now that I think about it that darned General Kelly is a real killjoy.

Trump has a terrible time getting and keeping good people.

Priebus was there for one reason -- to get Healthcare passed. When the vote failed, Priebus was gone the very next day. Spicer tied himself to Priebus.

Sessions was a good pick, but when Trump needed him the most, he recused himself. Sessions should have told Trump he was going to do that from the get-go.

On a lot of this, I can't blame Trump. There were things beyond his control.

Me, too. He would have made Trump look sane and rational. A lightning rod for the press, protecting Trump.

And you know SNL and the late-night comedians are crying in their beers. I bet they had 6 weeks of jokes and skits already lined up. No Spicer and now no Mooch?

He received control after after his election. He didn't know how to use it. He surrounded himself with enemies.
