Good for her! If she had agreed to put on the scarf,she would have been acknowledging his power and the power of Islam over her. How ironic is it that the only European leader to show any balls with the fascist Muslims is a woman? BOYCOTT PAYPAL AND CLOSE YOUR PP ACCOUNTS NOW! ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO DO SO,TOO! ISLAM MEANS SUBMISSION! Why is democracy held in such high esteem when it’s the enemy of the minority and makes all rights relative to the dictates of the majority? (Ron Paul,2012) American Indians had open borders. Look at how well that worked out for them.

French far-right National Front leader Marine Le Pen has vowed to give her country back control over its laws, currency and borders if elected president next year on an anti-EU, anti-immigration platform.
Politically a very cunning move by Le Pen. Agree to the meeting, ignore the headscarf requirement. The press assembles to record the meeting of the French "far right" leader and this important Muslim mufti. So when she refuses and turns around and walks out, it's a major media event. Then she goes promptly to meet with the Maronite Christian leader. She made her point and then some, and probably picked up 5% of the French vote in doing so.
She is brazen, I would say almost like an echo of De Gaulle.
Even more so since Brexit and Trump's election night. She talks about both quite a lot.

Trump's victory and Brexit really perked up Le Pen. She realizes she really could win. It would help FN if the Misunderstood Yout's from the banlieu would start rioting again but I have the feeling they're going to behave themselves, at least until the election is over.
