It is indeed a strange pidgoen toed stance, perhaps he was caught in mid step like he was about to turn hurredly. I would not worry about the step, some vehicles are high for those of advanced age, which brings the point, why is american politics ruled by septigenarians? are there no young people willing to carry the mantle as did Kennedy and Obama
