The punishment had no relation to steroid drug use punishment. Goodell simply made it up. The NFL had no right to the cell phone and didn't make a big deal of it until after they learned he destroyed it. I failed to see anything to sustain a finding of preponderance of the evidence (more likely than not). What is a "generally aware" charge?
