A gov't program to track money? My land line won't load the site in a reasonable amount of time. I tried. A high speed broadband should be able to look at it. I'd like to know what this is. I went on the 'net once and typed in the serial number, but didn't get any satisfactory feedback. Like you, I was thinking the goobermint might be trying to collect more information on us. So is the gov't selling advertising space on FRN's to help finance the finanacing on the nat'l debt, or the WOT? Maybe we should expect to see NISSAN, and TIDE ads on currency? Or PEPSI? Or whatever....... I've seen articles in the newspaper from time to time, on the FBI looking for someone who was systematically defacing, or putting their message on coins and bills and circulating them. Go to the site, type in the serial number, and see where it's been...then I think you have the option of entering info of where it is right now.
