We came from all walks, but we stopped for a prayer for America and courage to take her back. The world is talking, the tyrants are still reeling and most politicians don’t even know what to say as they sit in slack jawed silence pretending nothing happened. It’s day for the history books. Because despite the millions spent by tyrants and cronies; one of the most lawless anti-gun bills in American history, is effectively DEAD! Defeated on only a few thousand dollars to throw a rally and principled rag tag, gun toting patriots, who stood up and said NO MORE! NO NEGOTIATION! Here’s what you need to know: i594 is NOT law. It is legally void and has been legally nullified! You don’t need to obey it. You don’t need to hide your defiance. Simply trample it. The action that has been talked about by liberty groups for years, was taken on by brave patriots from all over America on Saturday. By God’s grace and bold liberty, we won this battle! We got on our knees and we stood bold on our feet. Without a single shot fired, nor a piece of litter left on the ground. i594 has been NULLIFIED! How it Happened? The day i594 passed I announced the I Will Not Comply Rally, in line with what I talked about my video a month before. Thanks to an amazing team of people like Anthony Bosworth and Kit Lange, patriots stood tall. We did it without permits, judges, negotiations or political favors. We took a piece of liberty back and it’s just the beginning. No one needs to obey 594. No one should. Not individuals, not retailers. This is just the beginning and we’ll be talking more here about how we can effectively repeat stands like this one. i594 was not about background checks. It was about making law abiding people criminals, it was about gun confiscation and we the people did not and will not allow it. We are done negotiating for our nights and the majority has no authority to vote them away. We had amazing speakers, food and fellowship. We stand as one (Live stream archive). When 594 passed, we didn’t wait. Using that momentum instead of playing politics, we won a massive victory for liberty that can be duplicated all over America and used to systematically destroy every gun restriction. How was it nullified Gavin? Nullification of bad law means to render impotent, void or powerless. You know those laws about chewing gum on Sunday or holding hands in public? They are null and void, even if still on the books. That’s what we did here. We still look to our legislators to remove it. In fact we have empowered them to do so and some of them even stood with us. I can’t say how proud I am of my team who helped make this rally happen and the people who stood with us in person, with donations and with prayers. More proof! The Lewis County prosecutor and Sheriff just said they would NOT ARREST OR CHARGE people for what we did here. This has huge implications, because for any prosecutor to charge an individual after this point, would raise the issue of selective enforcement. Sure they could try and prosecute folks. But now that 594 has been nullified by the people, enforcement is unlikely to work. Could big money resurrect this and try and make it enforceable? Maybe. But that why we continue to nullify and ignore this lawless action. The more we do, the more authority we place behind our actions. Cope Reynolds speaking to the patriots joined Sheriff Mack, Mike Vanderboegh, Rep Elizabeth Scott and many others to make the rally explode with a liberty message. We violated i594 in the extreme, making this the largest felony disobedience rally in American history. We traded guns, we bought them, we sold them. We defied tyranny and the officers stood by and upheld their oath. It’s amusing to watch the media trip over themselves as they try to negate this. I smile because America just did what has never been done. The media will downplay numbers, they will pretend that the WSP did not act because we were not in violation. In fact we violated lawless legislation before the eyes of the world and police. The patriots stood and we controlled the conversation, not the media. Some are trying to downplay numbers. But throughout the day, we saw 1500-3000 standing and hundreds more watching live online. We did exactly what we came for and this is just the beginning. We signed the declaration that day and what a beautiful thing all those signatures are. We’ll be posting photos soon and more details. For weeks the media was trying to pin me down on numbers. I would chuckle and say.. “We’ll have a lot and even if we get less, we still make history.” — I say let me stand with ten principled for liberty, than a thousand who will bow to tyranny and lick the boots of tyrants. We won a big battle, but not the war. We are not stopping. Coming this Summer I’m proud to announce Arms Expo, a patriot and liberty event like no other with camping, shooting and open defiance of unconstitutional law. This is phase two. Where were our National and State gun rights and liberty groups? I’m sad to report they were nowhere to be seen, even though they were openly invited. Yet we stood. We did not protest, we violated. We did not ask, we demanded, We the people affirmed liberty and law, right up to the end where lawless concealed carry permits were thrown into the flames. We have nullified 594 and will continue to do so. But we are not stopping there. Permits, infringements and gun restrictions of all kinds must go. These are not law, they are lawless. It’s not about guns, it’s about liberty and we are taking back our liberty. Do NOT comply, nullify! We will not back down. Stand America. Stand proud, stand principled. — Gav

The police just didn't feel like arresting the whole redneck bunch of you because it would be too much paperwork. In a couple years this will be forgotten and the law will stand, just like with various other issues throughout time such as gay rights, black rights, et al. A bunch of people didn't want them, they got passed anyway......20 years later everyone looks at the people who protested against them as bigoted idiots. Also, please don't hide behind your patriotic rhetoric. Having read this whole blog post.....you never actually say anything. You just keep repeating how patriotic you are and how this is for liberty. Stop hiding behind bullshit rhetoric and come out and say 1. what you actually did, 2. how that means anything in the grand scheme of things (hint: it doesn't, because a majority of voters in this state were for i594 )
