What if the Trayvon Martin had a different ending.
What if Trayvon Martin was going to the store one day. He was going to get some skittles and something to drink. He got some skittles and some Arizona fruit punch. He was walking home and he saw this guy following him. The guy followed him into the dark. Trayvon got scared. Thought a crazy ass cracker was stalking him. So he ran into the dark to hide and watch. The guy was still there walking around. Trayvon fearing for his life attacks Zimmerman and kills him. Zimmerman is found with a gun. If those of us who support the verdict are consistent. Would we have to say Trayvon would have been not guilty as well? I have a bit of mixed feelings on this.
Put it this way. Say Clint Eastwood was going to get something to eat one day. He saw some Mexican looking guy following him. He leads the man following him into the dark then runs and disappears. He then attacks and kills the man following him. Would you cheer?
I know Trayvon isn't Clint Eastwood. Just something to think about.

Accept as true that Trayvon bopped Zimmerman in the nose and that Zimmerman suffered a broken nose. Accept that the broken nose bled profusely. Accept that Zimmerman was on his back so gravity took the blood up his nose and he was choking on it and swallowing it. Accept that by some unexplained means, Zimmerman reached his gun, unholstered it, aimed and fired it, killing Trayvon Martin. Accept that Zimmerman climbed on top of Trayvon and spread out Martin's arms, not realizing Martin was dead or dying, as claimed by Zimmerman. When Zimmerman climbed on top of Trayvon with a snootful of blood, why did he not spray or pour blood all over the front of himself and down on Trayvon Martin? I have never heard anyone address this point.
Did you see the picture of dead Trayvon Martin? On the ground with his shoes with no socks on? From the scene. He didn't seem to have much blood on him. I used to watch Dexter but a blood splatter expert I am not.

I invite you to follow a line of questioning not pursued at trial, indeed, I have not heard it pursued at all. Perhaps my cousin Vinny can ask a question for you to consider. Following Zimmerman statements and assertions, assume the following to be the gospel truth: TM bopped Z in the nose. Z suffered a broken nose which bled profusely, as broken noses tend to do. Z fell to the ground and TM gained the "mounted" position. This was above the hips, in the belly button area. After some sliding about, TM's knees approached Z's armpits. TM put his hands over Z's nose and mouth. As Z was on his back, the profuse flow of blood followed gravity and flowed up Z's nose. Z was choking on, and swallowing, the blood. This accounts for the scarcity of blood on Z and TM. Z somehow (not important) reached his weapon, unholstered it, aimed it, and shot TM with the gun in contact with TM's shirt and from 2 to 4 inches from TM's body. The hollow point bullet fragmented, striking TM's heart and lung. It caused very severe internal bleeding resulting in rapid loss of blood pressure and very little external bleeding from the chest wound. Z did not immediately realize that TM was dead or dying, or even seriously wounded. To ensure his own safely, Z climbed on top of TM and spread out his arms on the ground. [Vincent Laguardia Gambini] So, the defendant was bleeding profusely up his nose. He had a snootful of blood. Where did the snootful of blood go when Z reversed position and climbed on top of TM? Were the laws of physics suspended in Sanford? Does gravity work differently in Z's gated community? It's not all over the front of Z and none appears to have landed on TM.

I suppose so, but according to the story, TM did not fall on top of Z. He said something like "you got me" and fell backwards. Precisely determining the precise location of the altercation proved difficult as blood was not found and identified anywhere but for the droplets on Z. While one could push off TM any which way, he almost immediately climbed on top. Had his allegedly broken nose already stopped bleeding? It was threatening to choke him seconds before. A broken nose is usually pretty messy. There was no conclusive diagnosis of a broken nose. The doctor observed no septal deviation. Z refused to see an ENT for imaging to confirm whether or not he had received a broken nose.
When I read stuff like this I've got to wonder whether the liberal ass-hat who wrote it would like a practical demonstration. We'll measure how much blood spurts out of his nose after I punch him, determine what role 'gravity' plays in how it spatters, etc etc. In other news it was raining that night in Sanford and Trayvon Martin was laid out uncovered for almost 30 minutes. Furthermore, as pointed out by the defense expert, Martin's wound seems to have been cleaned up some between the scene and the autopsy table. Couple this with the wet clothes being bagged in plastic and the expectation for useful analysis decreases precipitously.

The photograph of Trayvon Martin fails to show the gusher of blood that descended upon him, whether it was such to be useful for analysis or not. Later, its presence could not even be detected by chemical analysis. The blanket that was used to cover Trayvon's body was not recorded into evidence and the donut munchers purportedly do not know what happened to it. Cleaning up the wounds of Zimmerman is irrelevant. His clothes were photographed while the small lacerations were uncleaned, and the potentially deadly bloody nose was still bloody. They did not find much blood anywhere. The detectives who detected did not detect blood on Trayvon, the concrete, or the ground. They detected droplets of blood on the clothes of Zimmerman. This blood not only degraded beyond providing a DNA match (except for droplets on Zimmerman's clothes matched to Zimmerman), it degraded to invisibility and non-detectability by chemical tests.
Pat Buchanan says Zimmerman's butt was wet and that Trayvons knees were wet.
I suggest watching the testimony of the defense expert Dr. De Maio for information about the proper handling of blood evidence, gun shot wounds, and general standard autopsy techniques. If that doesn't convince you that the absence of evidence of a "gusher of blood" is irrelevant let me know.
It is apparent you cannot explain how no blood got on Trayvon. Moreover,when questioned about Trayvon Martin putting his hands over Zimmerman's mouth and nose with all that blood, in answer to the question of what he would expect to find on Travon Martin's hands, Dr. DiMaio responded "blood." None could be detected. Apparently, the blood that was was choking Zimmerman, and which he was swallowing, turned on and off in some mysterious fashion.
The Way of the Gun If a gunshot occured at close range, the victim might have stippling, or burns on his skin from gunpowder. Shots fired at very close range can also cause internal muzzle staining. When this happens, the victim's blood is sucked back into the gun's muzzle by the cooling of the explosive gases that are released when a short is fired. Testing the gun's muzzle for blood can provide an additional clue to solve a case.

Yes, he did. It is consistent with Zimmerman was on his back and Trayvon in a mounted position. Of course, that does not state that the back of Zimmerman's trousers were soaking wet. It would be consistent with having his legs and butt off the ground, and this position maintained through the gunshot and getting up. Perhaps problematic is the Zimmerman claim that he was punched and mounted at the "T" and Trayvon's body was about 40 feet from the "T". This travel has been generally attributed to the altercation not being a static one-position fight, but a fluid battle with changing positions relative to each other, during which movement was made away from the "T".
