And NOW it gets good.....8D Missing Legman Compare this now with another photo taken seconds later. Putting them side by side is very helpful. The man with the hood and sunglasses, who was just sitting up looking fine and healthy after fixing up the amputee actor’s prosthetics, is now on his back being evaluated by two people. Notice the rips in his jeans have no sign of blood or injury on the skin. The woman with red hair however is in the exact same pose as a minute ago. Meanwhile the double amputee actor is completely ignored by everyone when he is clearly in the most dire need of attention. There is a small amount of fake blood around him where the african lady shielding him used to be, she has dissappeared. What happened to her? Compare this photo with the first in my post.
The african woman who was sitting up, shielding the hooded man and amputee actor’s prosthetic rigging, giving hand signals, looking left and right, having no visible blood or injuries, is now covered in blood and strapped into a spine board stretcher. In a real medical scenario the amuptee would receive immediate treatment or die from bleed out. The fact this actor woman is removed from the scene via stretcher while the double amputee is left on the ground is ludacris. He would be dead from blood lose before they could even begin spinal assessment procedures involved in moving a patient to a stretched. Not to mention his blood lose would be over five liters, enough to cover the entire scene around these people in a thick puddle. AND the African Woman gets a Spine Board Stretcher..... At the time of their marriage, Ruslan Tsarni was known as Ruslan Tsarnaev, the same last name as his nephews Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the alleged bombers. On a more ominous note, Graham Fuller was listed as one of the American Deep State rogues on Sibel Edmonds' State Secrets Privilege Gallery,. Edmonds explained it featured subjects of FBI investigations she became aware of during her time as an FBI translator. Criminal activities were being protected by claims of State Secrets, she asserted. After Attorney General John Ashcroft went all the way to the Supreme Court to muzzle her under a little-used doctrine of State Secrets, she put up twenty-one photos, with no names. These pics remind me of when we had county wide disaster drills here and we were trying to add some realism to the event. We would stage dangling arms broken or out of sockets, guts hanging out, etc. but never a bloody amputee being paraded in a wheelchair after the "disaster" took place. We would have been written up over that stunt.

This is the most important pic. Note that there is no damage to the right of the trash bin. If the bomb was next to the tree, there would be widespread damage to the area to the right of the trash bin (just behind the fence lined up directly with next to the tree) Also, note that it appears there are no injured between the trash bin and the tree although this is difficult to say as it is blurred in that area. It appears that the plastic bag and brown bag are gone. Note that the fence to the left has fallen on some victims. A blast from the right and behind it (tree area) would likely have spun that piece of fence in a clockwise direction or bent it around the sign post. Neither happened. It fell in the opposite direction. The middle piece of fencing is missing and was likely removed when the first responders appeared (Thrown in the street?). Two to three bars of the piece of the fence near the trash bin remain.
Note that in the second pic above, the plastic bag sits between bars 2-6 of the fence that sit to the left of the trash bin. The rest of this fence piece obviously took quite a blast. It appears that the tree is not damaged. Note that there are powder burns on the trash bin. These occur only very close to an explosion. At site one, deceased victim Krystle Campbell had such black marks on her low back indicating her proximity to the blast. Note that the powder burns only exist at THE FRONT HALF OF THE LEFT SIDE (Look very closely) of the trash bin. Thus, the blast would have come from very near the trash bin and in front of it to the left. Lu’s fatal wound was to her neck indicating an upward blast. It was of such a sever force that it killed her instantly. Thus, she very likely could have been leaning over the bomb when it detonated. It is likely that when brown bag lady left the scene, Lu and her friend would have moved up into brown bag lady’s previous spot noted in the pictrues above. In the prior pic of Lu and her firend, her friend stood to the back and to the right of Lu. Such a position at detonation time is consistent with the injuries to Lu’s friend, which were only to her left abdomen. Lu’s body would have blocked her friend from the blast if the blast occurred in front of Lu/slightly to her right side.

The public safety exception to Miranda has been recognized by the USSC since about 1980. Your entitled to disagree with the ruling, but to suggest the exception is not Constitutional isn't accurate.

I'm not for carving out any portion of the constitution. You change the constitution by amending it. The fourth amendment isn't an option to be carved up. Neither is the fourth. Or any for that matter.
The same court that mandates police give Miranda warnings to suspects also allows for public safety exceptions. The fact remains that under this jihadist administration terrorists rights come before the public safety, and you seem ok with that.
Miranda is consistent with the constitution. Forcing someone to speak violates their 1st 4ht and 5th amendment rights. Holding someone without charging them violate their habeus corpus rights. Naming someone an enemy combatant violates their right to a trial by jury. Anyone in the government that violates these rights should be tried for treason and beheaded.

Miranda was not passed as a Constitutional amendment, so according to you it doesn't count. The public safety exemption is also consistent with the Constitution, see the Quarles case for more information.
They were terrorists working for Al Quaeda which is sufficient reason to treat them as enemy combatants. This connection to organized terror is exactly what the Obama administration is desperately trying to keep the American public from finding out.
